Cindy Tsu (Tsunami): Seamless car purchase by Ross. Fair pricing and the paperwork was completed ahead of the pickup date. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hrs because all I had to do was sign. Word to the wise, make sure you get there early if you’re there on a weekend. It’s packed after 10:30 AM. Love my new car! The only hiccup was that when I spoke to the business manager, R Savage and asked him to install the remote start in the car prior to pick up, he had the wrong one installed. When I tried to reach out to him about it after I got my car, he was very rude and wouldn’t return my calls. Very sketchy character he is. All I was trying to do was get something I paid for. But Ross spoke to the installer and straightened everything out and now I’m a happy customer again.

Kevin Brown: Overall the experience was great until checkout with the cashiers, me and another customer waited for service and just stood there and was not acknowledged by the cashier that we was standing right in front of. One cashier left the office walked right pass us so I asked is this where you pay and she replied yes and kept on walking, the other cashier who remained in the office then told me to come forward to pay, when the cashier completed the transaction I wasn’t sure if we were done or not so I had to ask her instead of her informing me that the transaction was completed, once I asked is that it she then says yes and nothing else. I don’t understand how the service received was abouve expectation from everyone from the garage to when I went in the office to sign paperwork but when it comes to taking money it almost felt like I went to another location to pay because the service was different like night and day.

Sonja McIntosh: I was scheduled for a 7amState inspection and maintenance. Two hours laterI was informed of the necessary things to pass. TheGrand total would be about three thousand dollars. If i just did enough to pass inspection, two thousand. But at the same time they keep asking if I intend to keep this car. I'm not coming back.
ALNAYYM NAYYM: Tanver Ahmed was very professional and patient when we asked questions about our purchase & very straight forward & honest.He was top notch, he let us try out 2 cars with him. I spend long hours with him & he didn’t seem bored nor impatient till I made my final choice. I recommend anyone trying to purchase a car find this guy, you won’t regret it, trust me.
Ashton Broadhead: Flat out refused to give me a price of the car I was interested in. I was told to “make an offer.” They’re just playing bidding wars with customers. When I made them an offer of MSRP, they just said no and wouldn’t counter offer. Super shady and unethical.

The hearts and souls of rotted swindlers.Toyota is taking advantage of supply chain shortages and charging well over blue book prices on used vehicles. Their own fees are thousands extra in addition to taxes and an arbitrary “price” on the vehicle.I was taken advantage of at advantage Toyota and paid at least $15k more than the car is worth. I have reported their heinous scam and deceptive trade practices to the appropriate authorities.May they stop preying on overwhelmed consumers. May every penny they have knowingly stripped from consumers be restored to those who were robbed. Asé.

Has been days and the transaction is still not voided.You will find better, more caring and cheaper services at your local auto shop.
