Katerina Lagace: I booked a couples massage and facial on 10/19 and spent $300. I’ve been trying to call and make an appointment for December 30th since the end of October. This week, their phone lines have been disconnected and their website is now down and can’t be accessed. Their building is also closed. They scammed me out of $300. Does anyone know how to get in contact with the owners? Do not waste your money here.

Vilma S. Mizhquiri: I am overly fed up with them at this point. I've been trying to confirm an appointment for over a week now. They picked up the phone once & then never again. Their texting response also takes days. I was going to use a groupon to try this place out & then make it my regular place for massages but with this 1st impression, I might have to check elsewhere & get a refund instead. Very unprofessional. It seems like they dont want to prioritize a customer because of a voucher, in my opinion.
Vishan Silva: It was good experience but at the same time they were a bit too rough around the edges !!! They kept on hitting certain pressure points too hard and were very aggressive and to top it all off the lady had a price for the tips 20 dollars each like that’s way too much you shouldn’t have pricing for customers saying how much they should tip.

Honey Bleu: TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I ever had. I had a combo of facial with microdermabrasion and a Swedish massage. The lady who worked on my facial had not done microdermabrasion claiming it was not apart of the package when I had discussed this with the front desk before. She even went as far as telling me it would be extra $$$ asking front desk again, in which the front desk honored my request at no extra cost. The facial was not thoroughly done either, felt like she just wanted to get it over with. The massage was even worse, so painful I just had to leave at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I have gotten a couples massage twice with my bf and the second time we had the one that came with the paraffin dip for hands and feet and it was a perfect finish to a perfect massage. The energy is so in tune with what I was looking for in a Black owned spa, it makes me feel at home and relaxed and so trusting, unlike many other places I have been. These people are professional and I cannot say enough good things about this business. I would always recommend to anyone I know

LORETTA BORDERS: I went as a birthday present to myself. I had 4 treatments two weeks ago and I am still enjoying the benefits. Zion did my body scrub and massage. He was fabulous . My facial was so relaxing and my skin looks great. Oh, and the lunch, complete with champagne was worth going back for.
Gisele Hay: Overall my massage was excellent. I booked an appointment for my friend and I. I never said that I wanted a couples massage. I was stunned when we were shown a room for 2 people. That was resolved quickly. However, we were never offered any refreshments, water or tea. After the massage, I expected at least a glass of water by the massuer. That didn't happen nor was I offered any refreshments after the massage. Finally, I thought it was customary to ask if you prefer a man or a woman massuer. I was never given an option.

Matice McMillan: WOW. I am still floating on air after my 5 hour Bronze Oval Spa Day. I love a good scrub but I had been left disappointed in the past with other spas and their "scrubs". Not here! The scrub was at least 1 hour long and it was simply perfection. I was dry brushed first then scrubbed down from neck to toe. I was kept warm and comfortable the entire time. After a shower, Terri got right to working on my body for a 55 minutes Swedish massage. She worked on my trouble areas like the tension in my neck. The scents are to die for- calming while still being invigorating. After the massage, I had a deep cleansing facial which I hadn't had in at least 8 years. It was lovely and thorough! My skin was left glowing and plump. I was very happy with my facial because I was little nervous due to skin sensitivities and past fears of severe cystic acne. I was comforted and told that my skin texture ok good, I just needed to clean out the blackheads. Lastly, Soniyah treatment my hands and feet to a lovely treatment/scrub/massage and paraffin dip and to top it off, a gourmet lunch! I cannot get over how delicious lunch was. I had the option of salmon or chicken. Went with the salmon and I was served amazing skewers with peppers over a bed of jasmine rice and a side of the most amazing salad I have ever had. It was topped off with a sweet treat. Let's not forget the champagne and sparkling water! I will be returning for more services and will be making this a regular thing. I have seriously been missing out! THANK YOU CYNERGY FAMILY! Just book it, you won't regret.

Their touch is not that “New York tough and rough massage” you get from many massage place, and equally as great or better than many high end spas. I’d often get charged double their fee at equally good treatment in NYC. Such gem.Also Very thoughtful hospitality and communication.One thing I miss at this new place is the herbal hot water they used to serve after the service at their former location. I’d love that thoughtful omotenashi again - it’s very healing and nourishing.

Place a bit hard to find at first + they didn't understand my island English over the phone but once I got in and under, the masseuse was very congenial + attentive + her magic hands knocked me out + relieved all my aches + pains. Lil pricey, but worth it for 100 mins of stress relief with no happy ending. Facilities not so impressive, but the talent was exquisite!

Its Me: Definitely worth the money!! As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel at ease. I got my massage by Bennie. Small little women with hands of gold. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, even her voice was soothing.

Nate: Underwhelmed. Massage was nothing special in my opinion. The worst part is the cost… $150 for 60 minutes and when you pay by card to tip screen, the minimum option for tip is 22%. There is no way to enter in a custom tip. Shady. Will not be returning despite a courteous staff.

All you can hear is the masseuse breathing heavily and the floor creaking/ every step they took when they walk which could’ve been avoided with music :
