bodē nyc Flatiron: what do users think?

susan s: Long time Bikram yogi here -sad to leave this review but it’s apparently under new management and I wish I never gave them my money. Teachers feel new and inexperienced with timing and heat regulation . I gave up after only 3 classes on their way too expensive package and went to hot yoga Chelsea. There is also One Yoga downtown. Both places I left floating instead of feeling choked in class and frustrated after. Sad to leave this like I said , but new management /owner is not good and I wasted money on a package I don’t want to use .

NYC Guide: Been practicing at the Uws for years but this studio is just as nice. Male locker rooms are more spacious and the neighborhood outside is a lot cooler! There are great teachers here. Sharleen and John are some of the best Guadalupe, Landon, Peter are very helpful and professional at the front desk.

gabe bentovim: I have been doing Bikram for 12 years and of having done it for so long you can imagine that I really enjoy the heat. I do not enjoy it here. The heat level in this studio is insane. I have never seen so many yogis sitting down on their mats for such long periods. I myself have not had to sit during a class in years . Yesterday I lost out on half the class when I felt the need to sit. I do not understand the theory behind this. It is so hot that the floor itself is like beach sand on a 95 degree day. I cannot imaging how many people try it out and after the first day do not return. On top of everything I think it is bad business model. If twelve years ago this studio had been my first experience I would not have continued. Trust me if the room was 5-7 degrees cooler the workout would still be great and everyone would be still soaked with sweat. I will finish out my ten pass and then have to strongly consider another studio.

Madeline P: Recently, I signed up for a class. Prior to the class, I called 20 minutes to let them know that I'd be running late because of unexpected subway delays. They mentioned that they'd hold a spot for my guest and I. We were 5 minutes late, and the teacher rudely denied us entry to the class.I didn't make a fuss out of it; I simply left. Since I was visiting NYC from abroad, I emailed them for a refund. For the past 2 weeks, I've repeatedly reached out for a refund, and they refuse to give me my money back. They're rude and unprofessional. As someone who has been a practicing yogini & yoga teacher for 20+ years, this is a horrible example of what yoga is about. The true nature of a business is revealed only when something goes wrong.

Shasta M: Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Been coming here for a while now.

Le Masseuse: I practiced at this studio for at least 5 years before the pandemic and I used to love it there. Came back for a visit and made the mistake of taking Lindsay's class. Holy H*ll did she have the heat up high. I have practiced Bikram all over the country for a very very long time and I am also one of those people who used to park myself in the 'hot spot' in the room... So for someone like me who is a heat junky to say the class was hot enough to roast a chicken... you know it was really bad. I have a sauna at home and the room felt hotter than my sauna.1/2 the class left the room and I almost did too. I should have . I honestly felt it was disrespectful to all of our practices and time to have the heat going at sauna levels. Sad that they redid everything and hired teachers that would do something like this.

shopping junk: I’ve been practicing Bikram since 1999 and even managed a studio in California . Bikram temp is 104. It’s deranged and dangerous for a studio to be heated to 114 at the start of the class no less. How do I know it was 114? The teacher told the class right after opening breathing . I’m sure it got even hotter as the class progressed as she barely cracked the windows and never opened the door. I absolutely love a hot class but this was insane . Talk about clueless teacher too . 6 people left the room which should have been her cue to drop the heat .

Zandra & Jim Addison: I recently resumed my hot yoga practice in 2023 with Bode Yoga NYC. The Bode community is very welcoming - the teachers guide the classes with care, following the traditional 26 postures while ensuring all participants receive personal attention as needed. Bode hosts 2 studios with 2 practice rooms - one in Flatiron and one on the Upper East Side - supplemented by online sessions. Membership is offered in monthly tiers and class packs with many class options to fit everyone’s busy lifestyle. While I am a fan of the Flatiron studio, the flexibility of locations and online option plus multitude of classes allows for a continuous practice. If you are new to the practice or taken a hiatus, get back to the hot room with Bode Yoga NYC to find peace in your everyday life!

Little Heewee: Amazing. Intense. Great instructors. Highly recommend. Elizabeth was great

Laura Bailey: . People were leaving the class in droves and the instructor berated each person as they left. Totally weird experience - do not recommend.

hermit 6501: Good instructors and desk staff, clean. I wanted hot Yin, but they don't do as hot as the other classes.

Dan Quick: and there are some legit old school dialogue teachers which I love. There are CLEARLY some of the celebrity types with a bit of a band of merry followers, but even they had quality twists on the instruction, albeit not as draconian as the old school cats. Whatever, all in I really like bodē and will certainly return. I should also add I've been practicing Bikram since 2000 and have been teaching pilates & IHP for about 6 years, so I've been to a bunch of hot studios.

Cara Kosack: but I guess as rent is insane in NYC and is hard for studios to survive.Heat is a bit inconsistent. Studio is not smelly which is nice.I appreciated shampoo, conditioner and shower gel being provided.

Alex Barillas: Great place to practice highly reccomend it Babette was GREAT

Andrew Moore: Mark Charly or John that's who you want.

Juliette Erath: . They also overbook classes, overheating the room even more.Lastly, their floor is not Bikram-approved and is bouncy, making balance hard. If they want to be a true Bikram studio, they need to redo their facilities to properly create the sensation of heat and not rely on opening doors/windows constantly because the space heaters create such a suffocating, false heat.

Hot Yoga Chelsea NYC: what do users think?

Honey Duggan: Loved this studio! Clean and large space. James and the whole class were very welcoming. It seems like they've built a really wonderful community.

John Kalinowski: I love this place - been taking classes here for years. It's standard 90-minute Bikram and 60-minute Bikram-light, as well as some other types of hot yoga classes they've added in over the years. The studio is modest, but well-equipped and the teachers are great. My only criticism is that they won't post who the teachers are for the various classes. No other yoga studio that I've been to does this. I respect wanting people to try out different teachers, but you are still going to like who you like and it should be encouraged to develop relationships with those teachers who you jive with. All of that said, it's a wonderful studio and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys hot yoga.

Signe Zink: I experienced a warm and welcoming atmosphere, as Bikram practitioner visiting from Denmark. Wonderful teacher, great energy! If I moved here again, this would definitely be “my” studio! Thank you, Namaste 🙏🏻

Courtney Holt: This place is great- you will sweat a lot and the instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure that you are doing it right and not hurting yourself.

Nicaise Makosso-Kunc: Very Clean and Very Nice and Great StaffsGreat Atmosphere💯❤️👍🏾

Debra Perlman: Richard is an excellent instructor. The facility is clean and layout comfortable. The environment is welcoming even for those new to the practice. Great place for all levels.

Briseida Hernandez: This is an Incredible yoga studio. The location was not far from the 33rd street path station and the staff were super welcoming and kind. I am definitely coming back 👍

Samantha Hamidan: Best bikram experience ever! Neil and his team are so generous and committed to helping first timers like myself. I’m on my second package in the past year!

Gabriela Ramirez: love them

Sachie Kita: Nothing fancy, but I really love practicing here. I’ve been on and off for more than 6 years. When I was stressed out from work and/or personal life, this yoga helped me release negative energy. When I was training for a marathon, this yoga worked well to maintain my breathing and body conditioning. Moreover, I just feel amazing every time I finish my practice here. Highly recommended.

Le Masseuse: I have been a student of this studio for years . I am a woman and support this business 100% in keeping men / humans with male parts out of our locker room. This madness regarding men calling themselves females must stop somewhere, and I am so grateful this studio decided to put their foot down.

K K: If you have a pen*s you belong in the men’s room . Period . I don’t care what you decide to call yourself , you do not belong amongst the women. The lawsuit filed by Dylan Miles is repulsive and so is he . Thank you , hot yoga Chelsea for protecting us .

love wins: Thank you for standing up for women and keeping biological men out of our safe space!! You are doing the right thing and your students support you !!!

Shana Kennedy: This place is the real deal! Staff are down to earth and welcoming, but also keen experts in the Bikram-style practice.

Little Heewee: Amazing!! Great studio. James the manager / teacher is a gem. Highly recommend. Space is great vibes

Edward Kurilla: Nice space, very good instructor. I’ll be back

bodē nyc Upper East Side: what do users think?

anthony rodriguez: Great teachers and space

NYC Guide: Miss the UWS studio but this is a great studio. Its a clean studio it just a high volume of students. The staff are great Jacob, Luba are particularly helpful

zoie morris: My second Home🖤♥️💙 ❤️💜✌🏾🙏🏾

Nhi Mundy: Amazing and challenging all at once. I hadn’t been to hot yoga since going to Bikram Yoga in Soho in the early 2000s. I moved uptown and have gone to a couple other spots, but this location is by far my fave. The front desk personnel are polite, the instructor Stephanie was clear and helpful, the locker rooms were nice and clean. Tip: they give you large and small towel for the yoga class but mats are $5. Extra towels for showers are $2. All in all, a great experience.

Liz Gallagher: The teachers and staff seemed very knowledgable and kind. However, the cleanliness of the facility was 0 stars. Its clear the studio space has not been cleaned by an actual cleaning professional in the past 5+ years. The bathroom had a lovely layer of thick dust with moldy and mildewy showers, countertops, floors, and sinks. The towel I was given by staff also smelled like a 17 year old boy after football practice, the smell in close proximity to my face made certain positions impossible

L Ll: “Fit in” fake-friendly culture. Those people who call others toxic while being toxic themselves.

David Anderson: Today was a really great day i was helped by young woman name alex. she was the most delightful person i met today i would recommend 10/10.

Lisa Mojica: Friday night HIIT is amazing!

Olivia B: - but I find the lack of a water fountain at both locations very strange. And while it is difficult to keep a hot yoga studio clean, it seems like there could be more investment in upgrading the locker rooms, benches, showers, flooring

Donna Dullys: , and stay in the room! If you’re fatigued and need a break, sit down - stay in the room - and just be still. Then book a class for the following day!

Arielle Frello: Best hot yoga in NYCsuch a great staff and environment

Si D: Like hot yoga but the room really stinks. Have been to all locations and same situation. Also some students sweat profusely. In a full class where you are 1 ft away from the next student who is literally spraying you with sweat/toxins, really not safe at all. And little pools of sweat all over the floor are just gross. Will not renew pass sadly.

Kayoung An: Hot yoga is my life. Not just an exercise routine -- I learned to focus on myself as well as appreciate my community. Morning yoga is the best to start a day.

Alena Kostromina: First yoga class where “teacher,” Kyla Deichl told me that I can't do my own modifications.I have herniated disk and couldn't walk for a month, definitely not doing modifications provided by a yoga teacher.Love lyons den yoga studio more for their acceptance.Wish I didn't buy a pass to this studio. Meh 😑Horrible

A A: Staff and facilities worth the trip to Bodē NYC yoga. Would recommend

DSH: got booked. I received the confirmation emails. Cancelled one. On the day of the class: no bookings for the class in the app and they confirmed on phone that I am not on the list. I asked how I can cancel my pass - no reply. And they insist on using the stupid app

Richard Eliano: The practice is wonderful and the virtual classes are very effective.

Karina Musheli: I've been to bode twice and liked one of teachers I had. When I went for the second time the room where I took the class was very smelly, like a mix of sweat smells from different body parts that was really bothersome to me. That room needs desperately lots of air circulation and a good mopping on the floor every time a class is finish. Also, it might help to wash the windows not everyday but maybe once a week. Didn't see much cleaning happening while I was there. I will try one more time since I payed for the 3 classes and really need to do Bikram hot yoga but if that smell is still there, unfortunately don't know if I'll be able to stand it.

YogaCare: what do users think?

Sanela Hart: I really Love this studio. I have been practicing for 20 years, and feel lucky to have walked into this studio curiously while on vacation. It's welcoming, and friendly, the yoga is authentic.

shopping junk: I love this studio !!! There is very little true Bikram yoga left in NYC , but this place keeps it real and gets it right ! Always amazing energy and teachers and the atmosphere is great . After many many disappointing yoga experiences in NYC, I was happy to find this place.

K K: Amazing classic Bikram studio with other options like heated vinyasa . Great vibe !!!

Au Yeung Sau Ching Stella: One Yoga NYC 🤸Great experience of Hot YogaReally amazing 1.5 hours morning practice of Hot Yoga in NYC! Thanks for curing my jetlag. All the best. Thanks for your passion in teaching! Clear instructions.I like your voice, so motivated.🌟For new Commers, pls prepare a towel and mat, it will be charged $2us each.

Minki Kim: Was great, class was very intense if that's up your alley

Jessica Tiburcio: class with Instructor Lidia Oleksyshyn. Though the class seemed more like a low-impact HITT cardio class to me than pilates, I still got a great workout in!The room gets very hot so you will definitely get a sweat going! The class also runs for the full hour. There is a brief warm-up included, very few breaks in between sets, and a well-deserved cooldown. I like that the instructor does not rush you to leave the room once the class is over so if you want to hold your Shavasana

J Mo: My fav place in nyc, largely because the instructors and community are excellent. I love this vibrant studio, and it’s a good bet you will too!

YO BK - Greenpoint: what do users think?

Natalie Marie Barretto: Love love this studio. All the instructors are incredibly nice and welcoming. Each class is unique and has a great playlist. If you enjoy workouts in a hot room, then this is the best place!!

Omar Fernández: , alternating between the Williamsburg and Greenpoint locations. I tried other yoga studios, but kept coming back here. I love the instructors and the supportive community. The teachers I've had classes with have all been great, I learn something new each time even if doing the same type of class. I used to have some teacher recommendations, but the more teachers that I try the more that I realize that you can't go wrong at YO BK.In my first 6 months coming to YO BK I enjoyed feeling the progress in my body of a consistent practice, particularly with Traditional Hot Yoga classes. There were things I couldn't fathom doing at the beginning that became possible over time. After 6 months I signed up for a yearly unlimited membership, and started regularly going to other classes. It's been amazing to challenge myself in different ways a I remain a big fan. My strength, flexibility and endurance have all improved. Most importantly, I feel grounded, present and happier when I consistently go to class.I noticed some that some people complain about not being let into class late. I for one appreciate it, it shows respect to the 20+ students that arrived on time to class by helping them remain safe, present and focused on their practice. I know it's very upsetting when due to something out of my control this happens to me, but still, I appreciate the policy.1 year in, I still highly recommend YO BK!

Jennifer Ahmed: The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and create a warm and welcoming experience for everyone.

Cara Loftus: Been coming to this studio for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. The results it gives you are amazing . I had to purchase the membership. The teachers are all so friendly and motivating. Really enjoy the Pilates classes here and love that they have night classes at 8 pm to cater to people who work late. YOBK has made my body feel great and I highly recommend it.

Carina F: I was really excited to attend this studio since its close to my work. I’m using classpass because I’ve been trying to find the right place to becoming a member. The class was okay the only issue is that it seemed to be overly full. Front desk was friendly and had good conversation. I was 15 minutes early to this class for check in and I just realized they didn’t mark me as arrived and I got charged a cancellation fee! Honestly ridiculous and I will not attend yobk again

Maia Conlon: YO-BK has consistently been great, and not as overpriced like other franchises in the area.

joel parada: Been coming here religiously for just over a year! I’m obsessed with every 👏🏽 single 👏🏽class 👏🏽 ! I also enjoy how the teachers aid each student differently to achieve or adapt wherever they are in their own practice.

Olivia Marsh: I did one hot yoga class with them and then left town for a few months, but I cannot wait to go back. A lovely experience!

Anastasia H: . Run to look for a place

Ariel Weingarten: I love coming here. The teachers are phenomenal and are paying attention to everyone. I’ve never received so much individual instruction in a full yoga class. Check out the “deep hips” vinyasa too!

Peter Schneider: Challenging, fun classes. Great teachers and staff.

Sheryl Rivas: My home away from home! Love the yo bk community!

Address: 1120 Washington Ave 2nd floor, Brooklyn, NY 11238

Schedule: Open until 10:00 PM

Telephone: (718) 399-3369

Business type: Yoga studio

Yoga Tribe Brooklyn: what do users think?

Wayne Bennett: It's a classic looking hot studio and the owner and his wife are great. Room gets good and hot and has its roots in the Bikram method, but has diversified its offerings.

Whitney Hosein: . The floor is also warped and after a few classes I still hadn't found a truly flat spot.On Monday I took the 6:30 pm 60m 26&2, taught by Kate. Kate is a wonderful instructor with lovely voice and clear direction, and she is clearly committed to supporting the student body and growing as a teacher by asking for feedback. I had nothing but compliments to give and the energy in the room was high- overall a great experience. It was a delight to take her class and I regret not being able to make it to her 6:30am class on Thursday morning. 5 stars for Kate.On Tuesday I was not so lucky. I took the 6:30pm 90m 26&2, the instructor of which I will not mention by name as I do not have much positive to say. The most egregious of her follies was to give HANDS ON ADJUSTMENTS WITHOUT CONSENT. As a trauma-informed instructor and in this era, I was deeply disturbed, especially as the adjustment was completely unnecessary - Not to mention that this practice is traditionally hands OFF. She did this multiple times around the room. Perhaps there is a standing agreement with regulars, however I did not get to meet her before class as she arrived after I did. If she had told me she gave adjustments I would have politely declined, however, I was never given this opportunity. I really had to bite my tongue as I did not want to make a scene during class by saying "please do not touch me". The instruction was overall anatomically uninformed- for example in standing head to knee and seated head to knee, she kept repeating to bring the heart forward. As this posture is anterior compression and posterior extension, flexion of the thoracic vertebrae makes little sense- it is not uttitha hasta padangusthasana. The instructor also felt the need to demonstrate many of the postures IN BETWEEN the poses, taking up a lot of time and resulting in less time spent in the poses, as well as the sides being uneven. We spent barely 5 seconds in every set and side of balancing stick except for the final side. Her ego was palpable and a massive turnoff. I could go on about this instructor, but I will conclude in saying that STAYING SILENT ABOUT THESE BEHAVIORS IS HOW ABUSE IS PERPETUATED IN THE YOGA COMMUNITY. 0 stars for this instructor- To be honest, she is a liability to the business.Wednesday I took the 6:30 60 minute 26&2 with Roody. It was different from the Monday 60 minute, but as good. I enjoyed the flows and there were many unique aspects and sequencing that helped me access my strength. My only complaint is that it failed to elevate my heart rate sufficiently as the series usually does, and even being right next to him, it was a little difficult to hear his instruction. 4 stars for Roody.Added a star bc Kate is just so great :

Heather Schade: We went to this studio regularly before we left Brooklyn in 2021. I think a lot about how I miss this place, so thought I should leave a review. It is the classic hot yoga style, it’s actually hot, and all of the instructors are amazing. It’s a nice community, too. Highly recommend!

Doug Berns Bass: YTB has transformed my mind and body in the 9-ish months that I've been going. I feel the strongest, most flexible and calmest I've ever felt in no small part due to consistent attendance at YTB for 2-3 classes per week.I am partial to the 26+2 class. As a relative beginner, I've enjoyed the consistency of the sequence while interpreting each teacher's unique style and personality. It feels like I learn a new aspect of the same practice every time I'm at the mat.Clean facility and aesthetically pleasing, everything you need for class, and most importantly, wonderful teachers and staff. I always feel comfortable and welcome, and I'm always excited to return.

Martha Kaser: Beautiful space, fantastic and knowledgeable teachers

Rosie Mossey: Amazing studio, even more amazing people. I recently moved out of state otherwise I would have gone to this studio forever.

Joel Yacoob: Nothing ruins a class more than when the second set of a posture is skipped, and things feel rushed.

Kristen Gundlach: Was able to have one class here after buying an unlimited week. multiple attempts to call and email to schedule a class went unanswered after IT issues. They actually charge for tap water, which feels unethical.

Matthew Willner: As a regular Bikram Yoga practitioner, Yoga Tribe is solidly my favorite studio in the city. The space lovely, and is easy to access near prospect park. I've thoroughly enjoyed both their 26x2 classes, as well as their other classes such as vinyasa and conditioning. The teachers are excellent, and they help create a positive and caring environment for practitioners of all levels. Highly recommend for experienced yogis or anyone looking to try hot yoga.

Scott Middleton: Inviting studio with great instructors. Best for hot/Bikram. My one complaint is that I do wish they would offer free water from the tap.

Alisha M: A wonderful, caring yoga studio. Phenomenal teachers. Love the classes in the park whilst they are temporarily closed from Covid.

Rex Benincasa: My yoga practice at Yoga Tribe Brooklyn has become an anchor point for my life and well being. All of the teachers are highly qualified and have their own styles of presenting the core material. There are a variety of classes, styles, and workshops to experience. Welcoming, inclusive, and restorative. It's great!

NabilaOrientalDance: The slogan at YogaTribe Brooklyn is “Every Body Belongs,” and this is truly the case. I don’t know of anywhere that is so welcoming to everyone, beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The teachers are an excellent extremely diverse lot, all highly trained and excellent at what they do. The vibe is relaxed and friendly; this place is an oasis of warmth.

Lisa Granik: This is a great non-judgmental yoga studio where, as they say, Every Body Belongs.” There is a diversity of instructors, among whom the best really encourage mindful caring of the self and others.

Lauren Decunto: I love this studio so much! The teachers are very knowledgeable and they guide the beginner students throughout the classes. The variety of other classes compliment the classic Bikram sequence. I highly recommend trying the intro weeks!

Iskra Georgieva: I’ve been coming to the studio since 2014, at first in the Park Slope location, and now in Lefferts Gardens. I love the people and the vibe. I’ve had amazing teachers, some of whom have left, but some are still there and cool new ones too. Clean, friendly, lovely altogether.

YO BK - Williamsburg: what do users think?

steve chen: Great customer service. Will recommend.

Analee Kasudia: and a nice studio. The Greenpoint location is bigger, but this Wburg location is closer to my place.

Michael Chelala: Great Studio ! Great staff !

Lara Polovina: mean judgmental people.and if you get to class in time they wont let u in. u have to get there 10 mins before… witch is very inconvenient if u live in nyc and is always in a hush.

Ben Suster: Unimpressed by the attitudes of staff. Yoga is about people, but not here apparently. I made it to class only to realize the scooter I took to get there wasn’t locking and I had to walk back to secure it, hence missing the class. She knew what I had to do, yet still marked me as absent. It’s not a nice business practice to hold to a rule that firmly especially after admitting me to the class.

Sunyoung Moon: Just did the traditional hot yoga class for the first time here. What a nice place, seriously! Friendly staff and my yoga instructor, Kate, was AMAZING. She instructed the class in a way that everyone from beginners to experienced ones can enjoy all together. Easy to understand and follow, no pressure if you can’t do certain movements.I loved that this place is very chill and not pretentious at all. I don’t like when a yoga studio focuses too much on looking so “cool”. If you know what I mean.I can’t wait to go back. My body feels incredible!

elodie ehrgott: but one of the reasons I love to be in that class: surrounded by respectful students who come there to challenge themselves, motivate one another, apply discipline to their lives and follow basic social rules. If you can’t be on time to have fun and adhere to something you signed up for, then when are you showing up, and how?Love YOBK, love the sweat, love the rules!

Noah Brau: This place is the best. Simple as….And all the people complaining that they actually uphold their rules and don’t let people come late etc makes me like them even more!! You were late and missed class and that sucks but coming late and keeping everybody else waiting is inconsiderate. Take responsibility for your actions!

Michael Cinquino: PLAYFUL, PROFESSIONAL & PRACTICAL. That's how I'd describe by class with Jewells at YO BK Williamsburg. I've taken class at the Greenpoint studio as well and really enjoy the vibe here. I've never had the opportunity to take class with Jewells before and I was so glad I did. If you're looking for a challenging but good vibe studio, this is a great options. Look for Jewells name on the schedule though - she's a gem!

Bianca Jade: they said they would not let me join the class. Instead of rescheduling me into another class or turning this really frustrating early morning experience into something positive, they put the cherry on top telling me that they'd be charging me in full for the class

Jessica Pérez: Love Love Love YO Bk.Positive environment with amazing instructors....best workout everrrrrrr

Matthew Commodore: , and the facilities clean and well maintained. My instructor of the class, Brigid, was super welcoming, friendly, and brought a unique and charismatic positivity to the class.I'm writing this review not just because this is probably the best Yoga studio North Brooklyn has to offer, but because of the customer service I received here. When attending my second class, there was an issue of me not being able to practice due to lateness, which, while disappointing, is understandable. Kate, who is the owner, PERSONALLY reached out to me to hear my concerns and to make me feel as welcome and accommodated as possible. Through her clear communication, poise, and willingness to help me, I have never felt more comfortable to continue my practice with YOBK.I seldom write reviews in general, but there is something... no, a LOT to be said about great leadership and the rarity that is exemplary customer service. To anyone considering pursuing their Yoga practice further and are looking for both a welcoming and judgement free environment, look no further than YOBK. And to all of my entrepreneurs reading this review, take notes; THIS is how you run a business. Can't wait until my next sweat session here!

Sheila A.: Hayley is literally the best! I love this her and this studio for making this experience so much better. Hayley brings a crazy amount of energy to anything she does and YOU WILL SWEAT! Definitely take her class if you see her on the schedule!

Sheryl Rivas: This studio has brought so many positive changes to my life. I am so grateful to have found this lovely place and I’m thankful for this wonderful community.

Lailah Fofana: I love this spot! I’ve been to a lot of different yoga studios in Brooklyn and this one always has a super clean facility, friendly staff, large variety of classes, and a welcoming environment. Class prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for! It’s worth the amount. Will definitely be keeping with this studio and hoping to check out the one in greenpoint some time too

Bikram Yoga Bronx: what do users think?

María V. Calderas: is kind, understanding and funny. I've met other yoga instructors at this place and they are kind and they are radiate positive, relaxing energy. The yoga session might be too exhausting because of how hot it gets, but you will be leaving the place energized and lighter. Also, this place is super clean, they offer little towels to help dry up your sweats and they have clean showers so you can take a quick shower after your sessions. Highly recommended.

Noël Manu: rude and unprofessional - the previous management and instructors were rude, so i didn't return after i was yelled at few years ago. revisited recently, and the current management is just as rude. environment does not feel like a yoga studio.

Robert Barnes: Very clean well organized n professional. Two hrs. Great timing. Plenty of room. Arrived at 745am was done at 9am.. great Dr s n nurses n administration.

Damali R: First and foremost I would like to say I have been following the owner on instagram for over 1yr but because my life has been chaotic I did not sign up for classes.Last week I decided to take my health serious and I registered for classes. today 05/12/2023 my first day taking yoga classes at the yoga lab and based on my first visit I love it.The location is very convenient and close to a lot of shops and food restaurants. The studio is inviting and homey. The bathroom is clean and have shower stalls should you want to take a shower. The receptionist was friendly and informative, as for the yoga class IT WAS SOOOOO MUCH FUN!!She starts the class with breathing techniques and stretching, from here she builds to actual yoga poses and don’t worry if you can’t keep up she will not push you to be an expert right away. She has a very soothing voice so if you are like me that fall asleep when people that have a soothing voice talk… try to keep up 🤣Overall: it a great yoga studio the other classmates welcome me in and did not make me feel left out. Will recommend to anybody.P.s. to those that claim is too far, I’m coming from Staten Island and It only takes me 1hr to get to the studio

Chris Hdez: The studio is clean and there is great sense of community. Excellent for beginners and experts.I highly recommend Arturo’s 90min Hatha class

Larisa Geskin: Horrible attitude for a yoga place. The owner is inconsiderate and rude. Not a happy place.

Dionne C. Monsanto: I absolutely love the energy of the place. The classes and the workshops are great. Energy trickles from the top down as both owners are awesome people.Slowly working my way through all of the teachers. So far, so good! NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME. ALL are excellent.

Robert Newman: First time back in the hot room for what used to be called bikram yoga. It was so worth it!

Julia McNamara: This studio is a wonderful experience both for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Fierce Grace: what do users think?

Brian Mahoney: Best yoga in NYC ! Take a class with Tricia

Bill: Great place. Dropped in from out of town. Very nice studio very clean. Welcoming. Tricia was awesome led a very challenging fast pace class with grace. Somehow she made it easy to follow and flow even though it was fast paced, challenging and I was a first timer. Called people by their names, nice personal touch. Will def go back next time in NYC.

Mickey Evans: Great hot yoga!

Vincent D'Arbouze: The whole vibe of the studio is great at Fierce Grace. The teachers are on point and helpful. Classes are not competitive and diverse, good to mix up. Clean facilities AND a short bike ride over the Bk bridge! Perfect FIIT. No pun intended. 😁

Juliana Neves: Best hot yoga studio! love this place! seriously go to Fiit 6 with Tricia she is the best

K B: Jewel in the LES. Amazing instructors. Bright beautiful clean space.Pamela remembered my knee injury from a previous class and gave me adjustments. Love their personal focus and attention to detail.

E song: I appreciate that @fiercegracenyc has provided a safe, clean and comfortable environment for me to go there.I also appreciate all the instructors and front desk staff who were always being friendly and helpful to me,as well as accepting and respecting me for who I was. They are amazing, highly recommendedThanks!🙏🏼

Rose Thompson: I am just blown away by this place. Every teacher , every staff member every class… I have had the greatest breakthroughs in my practice at this studio with the leadership of this company. I love them so much. I cannot recommend fierce grace enough

Judith Glik: by name. The class was excellent and Tricia was motivating and inspiring

Kavinique Williams: I really enjoy practicing yoga at Fierce Grace . I often take Tricia and Angela’s classes . I always enjoy the energy in the room and I get a great workout. I’ll be honest, being an African American woman I was a little hesitant to take the class because historically the vibe can be different. I am full figured and not flexible. But it actually is really great and inclusive. There is music playing during the classes and the selection is pretty diverse. I’d truly recommend this studio , they do great work inside on the mat and out in the community It is a win/win.

Regina Manning Kulick: I love everything about Fierce Grace! The studio is clean, the staff is friendly…impeccable customer service…and the best instructors who challenge and inspire students at every level.Tricia’s energy is so infectious I’m willing to wake up when it’s still pitch dark and quiet outside to be on a mat at 7am!!! THAT is how motivating she is.

ak franklin: I love Fierce Grace and the community they have created. I've tried every hot yoga studio in Manhattan and Brooklyn before I made Fierce Grace LES my home. The heat is perfect, the studio and bathrooms are super clean and smell pleasant. The instructors and staff are friendly and helpful. Tricia has been a major influence on my yoga practice and over all well being.

Jef Ebers: I am fairly new to yoga and was intimidated at first to try hot yoga. Fierce Grace has made me feel very welcome. The staff makes every effort to know your name and make sure you have everything you need, especially if it is your first time. The classes are great for all levels of experience.Tricia has been very supportive and helped me to modify the poses as a beginner, but still encouraged me to challenge myself. It’s amazing what doing yoga 2-3 times a week will do for you!

Liz Sullivan: I started my weekend right with an 8am FIIT class with Tricia… I recommend this studio and her class especially if you want to build core strength… side benefit is a better sense of well being! Tricia’s also great about supporting those with physical challenges… today I brought a friend and Tricia checked in with her, remembered her name, and supported her in class. My overall, improved, health is definitely due to Tricia and her classes.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

mud coffee: Fierce Grace Hot Yoga Method is convincing. The Mix of classes range from chill and relaxing ‘Deep Core’ to high intensity power work out like ‘Fiit60’ or ‘Primal’. The classic ‘Fix’ is accessible for everyone. You will sweat, you will think you can’t make it! But, you will, and feel better and stronger after! The Teacher Trainers here are highly professional and a variety of powerhouse personalities keeping you motivated, safe and supported in your yoga/workout experience. It’s a personal luxury to have this studio in the neighborhood. Classes are held almost every two hours of the day in a super clean and heated environment. They take great pride in their Music and Sound!

kimbeekey maskepopoulos: Amazing class today . I actually did a double !! I can not get enough of Tricias energy !! She keeps it moving and just all around makes the class enjoyable .

Earth Yoga NYC: what do users think?

katy sullivan: The owner of this place is NOT zen. She is rude and dismissive. Classes are totally sub par for her arrogance and be prepared to listen to a stampede of children while trying to get chilled out. Terrible studio no idea how it gets all these great reviews.

Rachel Shelowitz: happened to be my first instructor. I have been practicing there ever since, 7 years and counting. Here is what I love so much about this studio: in every single class I have ever taken

Justin Naim: Sex

Isabela Villanueva: My favorite studio for hot yoga in NYC. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the instructors are amazing, the studio is always clean and tidy.

Holly Burgess Ruh: Lovely studio, clean, and many great instructors

Deirdre Clute: My favorite studio in NYC! Great group of teachers and an adorable studio. It's a perfect place for all levels - helped me start out and learn, but continues to challenge me every time! The owner, Yanti, is the absolute sweetest person who puts me in a better mood every time I see her! She is also great about catering to athletes and helping build a practice that supports everything else you do outside of yoga.

Hilary: This place is incredible. I went not expecting much but found a hot yoga class that wasn't too hot or too humid, was a full class with zero judgements, felt free and safe in the space, and the class was challenging and fast paced but I was actually able to accomplish more than I ever have in another class before. I will be going back and getting a membership. The people are friendly, the space is clean, and the classes are great.

Jenny Karo: Hot yoga in the morning is the best way to start or end your week. Instructors are very kind and classes can be adapted to your comfort level.

Yvonne Lee: , and they are always willing to assist with modifications and help if you ask for it. The teachers' styles and personalities do vary, but I found that they are generally very motivational and energetic!Earth is a great neighborhood spot that is always welcoming and friendly. Namaste!

Katie: great instructors, clean studio that doesn't smell before, during or after hot yoga!
