Zach Rapaport: Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but when I had a burst pipe in my house last weekend these guys stayed open an extra hour for me to come get dehumidifiers and a fan to mitigate the damage from 2” of water in my kitchen. I’ll be back for chipping guns and materials when I re do my backyard. Thanks guys.

Elizabeth Gauvey-Kern: Terrible experience. High prices, and NO RETURNS. Something they fail to mention at check out. They charged $712 for polyurethane. When I found it for $200-something at home depot. They are the type to claim they have great deals, then write in hidden fees in illegible handwriting on the receipt you sign. Steer clear!

Scott Williams: They agreed to pick up their lift between 10am - 11am, when they did not show I called and they said the driver would be there shortly. I called at 2pm and was told the same thing. At this point PA is hopping mad this equipment is still on their property and as it rush hour they will not allow the equipment to be picked up. I call to schedule the pick up for the next morning and am told I will get a call back from the manager. Location closes never hear from the manager and now PA is going to go ballistic in the morning. Great customer service!!
Kevin Seng: Note: Original Location I went to was Sunbelt of Hauppauge.I needed a stair climber for work. Confirmed they had one last week, then confirmed pick up yesterday for use this morning. Unfortunately it wasn't charged and there was a problem with the battery. Okay s*** happens... DROVE TO THE BRONX to their other location because it was told to me that location had the same piece of equipment ready to go. They charged my card then told me once it was on my truck that this one wasn't charged either, but gave me a charger to use. Too bad the fuse was blown on it. We ended up manually lifting copy machines up four floors the rest of the day because of their lack of competence. Like c'mon guys, all you have to do is rent stuff and be sure that it works... terrible decision by me to use this company and even more terrible customer service on their part. Strongly discourage anyone from using their "services".
