Karen Selby: Buying carpet with them was an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I bought five carpets for almost $2000 including $300 to have the carpets cut to fit in my rooms. The carpets took too much time to be ready. The carpet delivery took too much time. But, the most dissatisfying part of the entire purchasing process was the fact that I was treated like dirt. I was harassed by someone from the store when I shared my issues by phone. The worker who took my original order, was not appropriately masked. And if you look at Yelp you will see that they prefer man-explaining over customer service.I would give them a zero.

Little Coqui: Ping really went out of her way to work with my sister to select the flooring she wanted for her kitchen. The product looks great and we cannot wait to see it in the house. George is very professional, made sure that every part of the sales order was gone over and clearly understood with my sister and was able to schedule installation quickly. Ping even helped me out with a remnant piece of vinyl flooring. I was very satisfied with that. Eric carried the 7 foot by 9 foot remnant to my van. I appreciated all the attention paid to us that day. I can recommend this business to others.
K P: We used Hamilton carpet to put new carpet down on our three bedroom cooperative apartment. They were recommended to us by people in our building. We went to the showroom on Grand Avenue where we met with George, the owner, and his assistant. The selection process was seamless and very pleasant. All our questions were answered and we were provided all the information we needed. When we needed to postpone the installation day, so as to finish fixing up a few things, they were very accommodating. On the day of the installation they came in a timely manner and were very organized. They took out the old carpeting, brought in the new materials, and worked all day until they finished the entire apartment, closets included. They worked very efficiently and neatly. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and vacuumed the entire place as if it was their own home. A couple of days later when I noticed that one of the closet doors had trouble closing because of the new carpet a quick email to George, asking for his help, resulted in him immediately dispatching his crew to come and fix it. In 10 minutes they were finished and the door was as good as new. They again vacuumed the place before they left. We could not have been happier with the entire experience. And we are glad we got to support a local business which has been a staple of the Maspeth community for decades. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring solutions.

Kordelia Jones: I ordered laminate flooring and it looked beautiful in the beginning. After about 4 months you could see the flooring picking up. I don't like the way it looks anymore and would not advise anyone to do more than one room at a time if you want it to look professional. The first question asked was I moving furniture, no I wasn't but if I was it should not cause that much damage unless the furniture was made of steel.

Oren B: Worst service ever. Placed an order with Sino and told them to ship my order to his Brooklyn location since my job is a few blocks away from the BK location. Owner ended up calling me back and requested that I must come into the city and pick up the material from his NYC location. He refused to send material to his brooklyn location and refused to ship material via fed ex or ups. I even offered to pay shipping. The New York city location has heavy construction going on outside, for blocks and blocks. You cant park or even stand anywhere near the store and Police are on every corner. Owner told me to call when I was on the way and he would have his guys bring the material out to the curb and load into my truck. Started to drive to location called the store, phone lines are disconnected in both BK and NYC location. Couldn't reach him for two hours. Id had no where to stand or park to run into the store for one minture to let me know I was outside. Owner also refused to give me an email address or his cell phone number when I placed the order. I had to circle around the store for two hours. Finally I saw him outside with his guys, he knows my truck and just Ignored me. Ended up having to park my truck in a garage 8 blocks away, after circling the street for two hours around the store. Ignored me, Even after I got his attention while he was outside with his guys. When I walked into the store I was very upset and all they did was laugh. Don't ever place an order from this company. There Phone lines are disconnected at both NYC and Brooklyn location. Owner refuses to help customers.

Michelle Cohen: Snooty customer service and unhelpful sales people. I bought a sectional from abc and the fabric got damaged. So I called to see if they can provide help on procuring fabric so I can repair. They didn't even bother looking into it. For the kind of money I spent I would have expected more friendly and helpful service. They act like they can't be bothered with. Overpriced and not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I hadn't been back in years, and they no longer have an upstairs but they do have a downstairs, but I was going to lunch and didn't get the opportunity to look.
