Jesse Shan: Came here for a test drive and waited over 2 hours. It wasn't even that busy, but I'm pretty sure the guy brushed me off as not a serious buyer because I brought up the amazon gift card promotion to test drive. Well I only knew about it cause I was visiting the website! I would have came to the dealership at some point regardless for the test drive. Salesperson said he didn't need me to test drive and punched in the gift card code already. I said I wanted to test drive and he said okay but it never happened. Didn't receive the gift card and never test drove it. Ended up test driving at the Bayside location which was much easier to work with.

ashish bawa: is almost three weeks. In that time Darius never called once to give an update on vehicle nor the loaner I had to call every single time and every time Darius response was i will call you tomorrow with an update, never did. Today I called, they are saying vehicle is ready for pickup, once again they never called me I had to call to get an update. This is the most unprofessional group of people under one roof. I understand work gets busy but work gets busy for everyone. In the field of customer service a phone call would be appreciated.In feb-March they changed my motor, forgot to put AC Freon…..mid March I went in and spoke out and that was the only day they returned the car same day and I ended up paying $225 for something that’s their fault. In my life I never had to put Freon on in any of my vehicles because you never need to, so if you change motor isn’t it obvious to check if AC is blowing cold air?I would appreciate a phone call from the management to further discuss this.Literally the worst the worst & the worst.

JAGROOP SINGH: Honestly speaking I am not someone who writes reviews but the treatment that these people gave my family and I today was so heartbreaking. We had an appointment and everything and from the beginning of our visit we were met with weird behavior and judgment. My parents were with me and we were looking to actually purchase a palisade with them. First of all I was not even greeted properly doesn't even know what these people names were and no sense of professionalism was offered at all. Yes I can give them the fact that they helped us test drive and look at the car but once we came back we wanted to know what the total cost was looking like. Now this is when a new guy was inserted and "started" our process and had us rush and fill out our information and then took us to a desk where I heard him say to his colleague that he's a construction worker and claims to make $100,000 and then proceeded to laugh. This was toward my father who had been nice and quiet the whole time and genuinely speaks minimum english. They got this "joke" because it is what I had filled out on the form he asked me to. I ignored that and stayed quiet but this same guy continued to make several remarks under his breath with his coworker and couldn’t answer our simple questions. At one point I just had enough of his disrespect and decided to leave with my family but also let him know how much he had disrespected me. Through this interaction he claimed to be innocent and claimed he didn't say anything. I was there to spend money which my family and I work really hard to make not be mocked. So i had enough of his words and disrespect just because we look different. When i left and texted back on the number at which I had been making my appointment with and asked for manager contact info and voiced how hurt my family and I were. To which they responded they don’t think they disrespect us. Futhermore they tried to blame me and say that I was speaking my own language and didn't inform them that I would be speaking it to inform my parents of whats going on. In this whole conversation these representatives made me feel horrible for being a U.S citizen and apparently not having the right to speak my own mother tongue. The craziest part is that this had nothing to do with the mistake and making fun they had been doing of my family. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix something with their customers they instead blame their customers. Super heartbroken by this experience like honestly was looking forward to doing business with them.

Ashleigh Magorrian: My husband and I visited on July 21, 2023. We were almost sold on a vehicle at another dealership but wanted to check in and see one more car. We were immediately greeted by Joseph who was very helpful right away. He very patiently answered our questions and LISTENED to our needs and concerns instead of just trying to push a sale. After going back inside to discuss our options privately, my husband and I both agreed that although the cars were comparable the treatment and care we got from Joe and everyone we encountered that day was enough for us to make a deal. We bought the car on the spot. When we came to pick it up we worked with Rohan, who got us the best deal and walked us through our warranty options very professionally and honestly. We waited while they got the car ready and they even offered us pizza. Finally Emmanuel went over all of the tech and features of our new car and got us on our way. He was super nice and extremely thorough. Overall a great experience.

SM M: Do not go to this place. Their behavior is unethical and dishonest. What they did to me on July 8, 2023 is borderline disgusting.When I walked in, the car was available and unsold. I walked in first, test drove the car, and started the purchase process and they asked me 9k markup price and I said no and negotiated to 2.5k.They agreed the price with me and I was buying the car. I was in the middle of the paperwork and they went ahead and sold the car to another customer under me. I have a strong feeling they did this because the other customer offered couple of more bucks for the markup. They wasted 30 minutes of my time!

Before doing so, I shopped many other dealers within a 20 mile radius and Star Hyundai was the ideal dealership for my purchase. jiarui su: I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!I brought my vehicle to the service department for routine maintenance back in 2021. The staff at the service department apparently parked my car in an illegal spot and resulting in a parking violation. They proceeded to tore up the ticket and I only found out after I received a late payment notice from the city. Since then, I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue with them. Over the course of the past 1.5 years, I have made countless calls and spoken with numerous representatives from Star Hyundai, hoping for a resolution. However, despite their promises and assurances, no progress has been made. They have blamed mail delay and claimed to have sent reimbursement checks multiple times, yet I have not received a single check to date. This lack of responsibility and failure to rectify the situation is completely unacceptable. They need to reimburse me for the ticket IMMEDIATELY.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR!!

b3t Wiise: I brought my car here for service. Nothing was wrong with it. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking.I booked Thursday July 21 at 11. I was there at 9:30 to drop my car off.I came back at 3. They said they found 3 recalls. Fine.I picked up my car that Thursday and Friday morning it would not start. I jump started it.It died on me on Sunday in the middle of manhattan. Thank God for the cab driver who helped me jump it.Sunday I jumped it twice. As of now am driving around with a jumper. Because I need a boost at every start.I brought it back. They are telling me I need a new battery.This is not cool. My car was driving fine. I just brought it in for routine service and somehow my battery is dead.It is my first time here and I don’t think I will be bringing my car back for further service. This is not right

Caused me so much headache for two years and still bothering me. Karma is a you know what and it will catch up to you guys soon. Trust.

They did not make me wait my appointment was taken on time and my car was serviced under the amount of time I was told I would wait. They have a air conditioning waiting room with vending machines but I would book a early appointment if you have to wait bc it can get busy in the waiting room

I asked for clarification on what had happened to the advertised and agreed upon price, not to mention the deposit and the hold on the car. Turns out the rebates would not be applicable to the car I selected.In other words, the great price they offered was bs and the hours I spent on the phone with TC was a waste of time.TLDR: Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent website advertising. Sketchy, dishonest sales team.

w o: Bought a new car on Saturday. Didn’t realize until Monday the car’s horn was broken. I’m not a horn blower unless really necessary. Took the car in on Tuesday and Cherise and Jamel were amazing.
