Ryan Arrigo: Conbody is the best workout class in NYC. I was never big into classes and have always enjoyed doing my own workouts. After trying out Conbody, I now try to make sure I add a Conbody workout to my week every week. Shoutout to Kenny Chan and Full Body Fridays - truly the best group class I've ever taken and I always look forward to starting my weekends with Full Body Friday!

Gabriella Bologna: Been coming here for a few years now because I love the workout and all the instructors. Studio is clean and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes HIIT!

The instructors push you to do your best and make the most out of your time there. It’s a tough class but you find out what your body is capable of in those minutes with a Conbody instructor. Shane Malloy: CONBODY will hurt and it will be challenging, but you will get results. You’ll never feel the same about burpees and core work. No equipment. Just your mind and a mat. This one is tough.

Da Sel Lee: My favorite form of exercise is HIIT and this was probably one the best and most challenging HIIT class I've taken in the city. Attended two presher fitness classes and it was exhausting but so good.

Garima Gautam: I went here for “fight” class via class pass. This was legit. The class is great even if you’re a beginner or advanced because they go over every move in detail. You will swear during this class and I loved how they really focus on accurate boxing techniques.

Sung Yoo: Fresh private gym. They have a personal training program and group classes. Vincent and all the staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Vignesh Theetharappan: Presher is by far my favorite place in the city for boxing classes.Jafar is an excellent instructor and since the classes are smaller in size than places like Grit, you get much more one on one focus and coaches like Jafar will give you personalized critiques on your technique and form which has been really helpful.Vincent is also a great owner. He’s super friendly and very accommodating and communicative when it comes to class reschedules.I’ve been taking boxing classes at Presher for a few months now it’s one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made this year.

That said, I was petrified of Crossfit but decided to give it a go. Luckily, my neighborhood Crossfit is this one. There is no way I would have come back for even a second class had it not been for Keith and the rest of the team. They truly care about your progress and make sure to personalize the movements based on your level, and some how always have an eye on you...even when you think they're not looking lol. The classes are small, the other members are very welcoming, and the music playlists are sick.

Its been a few months now and from getting to know a great group of workout friends and getting great workouts I would recommend CF wall street to anyone looking. Although I work out with an outside trainer, I have become friendly with many of the training staff at Nimble, and I can see from how they interact with their clients that they are attentive, energetic and efficient. I I didn't already love my trainer so much, I would gladly work out with any one of them!

When I started working with Keith, I was recovering from a knee injury and working with a physical therapist to address my problem knee. When I arrived, I was unable to walk without knee pain and I wanted to start building the strength and stability I’d lost from lack of physical exercise. Keith listened, made me feel comfortable in the space and built upon what I was doing in PT. Keith’s wholistic approach and his focus on teaching the why of each exercise, has given me the confidence and skills I need to apply what I’ve learned on my own.
