jaymberman: Bought an apple watch and returned it 40 minutes later before even leaving the store. The employees know how to swipe your credit card but they do not know how to set up apple devices. Sat at a table for 35 minutes having difficulty setting up my watch. Tried to flag down any employee but each one that tried to help gave up in 2 minutes and went back to talking to the other employees about partying.

Stephen Petrey: This Apple Store still has a bit of charm and is seldom busy. When it is busy, be prepared to queue up in lines along the sides of the store to be helped by store employees.
