Luis Mordan: Great showroom. Knowledgeable staff on the history and performance of the product explained in detail to the consumer/end. We had a delicious meal prepared for us by Chef Coleman using the Wolf appliances.

Jennifer MacFarlane: I was understandably very nervous about my first big kitchen renovation and wasn’t sure what to expect at subzero show room. I was welcomed very warmly by all the staff there. They are incredibly helpful knowledgeable and considerate. Especially robert and Esther! I honestly did not even visit any other appliance showrooms after I left that day. I knew that I was sold on subzero because of the wonderful experience I had at the show room. They also offer product demonstrations that I am looking forward to attending this spring!

There was a bit of a delay, they called me right away to reschedule, and the reason for the delay was that they realized the item was faulty. Which is a good REASON for a delay, and it says good things that they caught it. Stacy was very professional and helpful, and so was the delivery man. Unfortunately, I didn't get that gentleman's name, but he was driver 6070. Good folks.

Jeanne Giacobbe: Due to a shortage of parts by the manufacturer, the ice maker kit for my whirlpool refrigerator was severely delivered. The refrigerator & ice maker kit were purchased in January, 2023. The first ice maker kit was received in April but was damaged & had to be reordered. The replacement ice maker kit was finally delivered direct to me on June 17, 2023.Drimmers worked extremely hard with Whirlpool to rectify the situation. The manufacturer was clearly at fault but Drimmers came through… we thankfully now have ice! They made a terrible situation better. I would highly recommendDrimmers for any appliance you need.
