Yolanda Salaris: Went there for lunch. Waitress let us know she was training someone. Took our orders....place is big and had 3 to 4 other tables...practically empty. Our food took over 20 to 25 minutes....sandwiches....then the waitress forgot us...when I needed a condiment I waited to try and get their attention but in the end....food getting cold... I had to go ask for it. As we were eating the party a couple of tables away from us complained about their food.So bottom line we were all disappointed with service and will probably not go there again.
Renaissance People NYC: Hands down THE WORST restaurant on all of Staten Island and possibly NYC! Do yourself a favor, go to the Miller's in Woodbridge, MUCH BETTER! I wish I could rate this dump a ZERO!

Sue Spolan: Best cocktail in NYC. If you’re invited, do go. A gem in the metropolis. Fun clubby atmosphere in the ground floor grill; upstairs a grand mansion fit for the tony environs of Gramercy Park. Take a seat on the balcony at sunset.
Sandra Biedron: Thank you for welcoming our group from the sister club Cliff Dwellers in Chicago. We loved the welcoming atmosphere and having a drink there before our night out for dinner. Great tradition about taking a sip at the bar for members and visiting members. We will certainly be back!
Charlotte Cassidy: I have been here twice and it was as magical the first time as it was the second. I love this place. It is a members only establishment and it so worth it. If you are an actor, a dancer, writer, director, or a lover of the stage, then this is the place for you.

I showed up 8 days later and they apparently forgot to send it to the tailor and just blaim other people at the store. This is supposed to be high end retail. This explains why retail industry is dying. Would be easier to just buy on the internet...

Victoria Allison: . The bread was delicious and my drink was strong.However, I was totally disappointed in the crab cakes. Typically my husband and I share one but this time we each ordered our own because we know how much we love it. The crab cake was charred on the outside yet ice cold on the inside. We sent it back, but it was still disappointing. We also ordered a steak for 2, Brussels sprouts, and lobster Mac and cheese. Our steak was medium but it did not leave us wanting more. We each ate a piece and took the rest home. Typically we'll take it home and have steak and eggs the next day, but this time we did not even finish it at home.Service seemed slow, we were there for 2 hours and spent $360 for 2 people. Unfortunately if things don't change, it won't be our go-to place for special occasions anymore.

Debbie D: Can't speak to the food quality, this review is solely for the bouncer/security in front of the restaurant. We were walking in the area when it started pouring rain out of nowhere. We quickly went under the awning of this restaurant to have some cover while we book an Uber as my cousin is in a motorized wheel chair and we didn't want her to get rained on. The bouncer asked if we were eating there as we can't stand in front of the restaurant and block customers. We were off to the side away from the front door. I told the bouncer we were standing out of the rain to book an Uber or would he prefer my disabled cousin wait in the rain. He responded saying there's a 100 other awnings around. Pretty disappointed that a reported fine establishment would have such rude staff.
