Ang Urci: They need more staff at night. I don’t understand how I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for my vehicle and there were other people that waited more than 2 hours. There was only one person working he was cashing people out and getting the vehicles which is absurd for the amount of money they charge.
Dino T: We had no issues parking here and we parked twice in the space of a few days. Booked through SpotHero and prepaid in advance. Staff were fairly quick and on the ball. Just make sure you do not go over time.
Christopher MacKenzie: Very keen to overcharge despite day rates. Best to park anywhere else if you can.
Citizen Mel: Perfectly fine- I suspect they are sticklers about you parking at the pre-arranged time to get the discount, but that’s the catch, that’s why you get the discount, so park on time and you will be fine- parking lot rules, so don’t lay into the attendant for doing their job! No problems, polite, car unscathed, good price for downtown- what more can you ask for?

Jason Li: Worst experience ever. Extremely low efficiency. Find somewhere else if you don’t wanna spend 30min waiting for your car.
Wei Fang: Prepaid for parking, including oversized charges. Still got charged again for oversized at the lot.
Zachary Goodman: This place deserves 0 stars. Was not told an SUV was an “oversized” car so they charged me an extra $12 when checking out. The attendant was smoking weed as we left and these people are driving my car? Shame on this place, do not park here.
HaloMediaRecords: Worst parking experience. The man behind the booth doesnt speak to you when you ask questions. He accused me of my credit card's chip not working when I have used it all day. IF YOU PLAN ON PARKING HERE BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO CHOICE MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH. Also, their rates listed on their website is incorrect. They only have 1 hour, 2 hours, and then 12 hours which is $35 and NOT $19. They have a big sign that states anything lost, stolen, damaged is not their responsibility.. I wonder how terrible their service is that they need a sign. Literally the most shady business of all time.

I will not be going into details of what happened that night but I will be taking my complaint to the person in charge and so on. I will not tolerate disrespect.

Cj Maupin: when i entered this garage, the attendant was SO RUDE, screamed at me to pull up, but didn't tell me or show me where. when i told him that i couldn't hear him or see where he wanted me to go, he wouldn't even look at me. i asked him again where he wanted me to go and he didn't reply so i backed up and out of the garage. these people have a monopoly and don't have to be nice, and i can't speak to everyone at this garage but the short, round hispanic person i dealt with should quit or be fired.

Adam Wycislo: Hotel recommended them, came in, was told they were full for overnight. Asked if they knew another garage, and they said they could figure out a place. They offered a discount through the hotel, car arrived quickly with no issues. Glad I found them.

Laura Tuzzo: I have been a customer of this garage for 2 years and this has been by far the worst experience I've had with a parking garage. The manager Hassan is rude to the point of disrespect and terrible at managing concerns with urgency and care. I have had 3 instances with my brand new truck since September of last year where my car has come back damaged. I've had a scratch, then my side mirror hit and more recently the rear crashed damaging my trunk door. I have called the owners and the office many times to no avail. I've left voicemails. No response and was recently hung up on by someone in the office. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE behavior and treatment for a garage of this cost.

Julian Brais: Childish behavior on the phone after attendant damaged our car.We called to follow-up on damage done to our car by an attendant and encountered a man who shouted, “I’m the manager and I don’t have to tell you my name!”.He subsequently admitted he was not the manager…He’s now hung up on us multiple times…Completely unnecessary rudeness, especially since we weren’t even looking to speak with him.

This parking lot is being ran wrong‼️
edna matias: Staff at two Waterline Square MTP parking are clueless and will not forward call to management to reserve a parking space. Rate is at a deal price for all persons regardless of residency in the building. Unfair and to get an answer for a discounted rate is like pulling a teeth. Very unhappy with the way this parking lot treats residents.

J D: I was a little worried because of the other reviews on here but we had a wonderful experience. We were going to a concert at Carneige Hall and this garage was the closest we could find. I used Spot Hero to book our spot a day in advance and not only did it save me $25 but the website was super easy to use and even allowed me to cancel if needed. We pulled into the garage right on time and were immediately helped by the friendly attendant. They confirmed times, took our keys, and off we went! We returned a few hours later to see our car waiting on us and within 5 minutes we were on our way. It's worth noting that I accidentally left a twenty sitting in my car that I meant to use aa a tip but forogt to take with me. It was right where I left it when we got back to the car so kudos to the honest attendants! We would definitely park here again.

Unfriendly staff waited for money first before handing back keys and promptly informing me my car no longer starts. Started fine this morning! Valet couldn’t figure out how to start the car and ruined my starter engine. Great place to waste your money!
