Cycle Therapy NYC: what do users think?

Wilson Felipe Rodriguez: Si tienes buena economía. Puede ir. Todo es muy caro. Hasta para algo tan simple como ajustar la cadena.

Damieon Frey: Had to go get into this shop today due to a puncture in my tire. I want to that Chris for such a great experience. Very professional and prompt to take care of me and get me back on the road. Grateful for the help!

Osvaldo Andreaus (DBB): Actually, it was very good. The guy was very helpful with a lot of information on what scooter was better to buy for me even though I didn't make a purchase.

Jürgen P: I have nothing but great things to say about Cycle Therapy. All the team members are super nice - and the work they did on my bike is of top quality too. Will definitely continue to be a super happy customer.

S F: Always A-1 Service.

Richard Cruz: Always willing to help

Alex Rivera: They did my clutch for a Harley Davidson 2011 883. And it lasted 1 month. I had another mechanic look at the clutch and come to find out the clutch basket and cover are damaged to a point the plates got all damaged due to the mechanic not changing the basket and top. Now I have to pay another mechanic to do the job right. This store for Motorcycle is the worst. They have attitude issues and they also tale to long to do some repairs. All in all is the worst store in the MC world..

The Parkerazzi: Great people, amazing conversation and service. Excited to be purchasing my first bike soon. 🏾🙌🏾

Tater: Stopped in from out of town. Guys were super friendly and helpful. Got me the helmet I needed for a decent price. Definitely best place to stop around the city for anything bike related.

Jimmy Lawlor: Friendly folks who do a good job quickly. Are they the cheapest option? No. But quality comes at a price.

Joseph Guarascio: Rode into work. Had metal coming out of my rear tire realized that when I got to start of my shift called them shut up big appointment they were jammed up when I got there they stuck to their word and was able to get me a tire for my ride home prices were great excellent service. Thank you again guys.Service:Tires

Alfredo Ortiz: They're very knowledgeable on helping the customer to what they need.

New York Motorcycle: what do users think?

Mike Tin: The best

Will Hennessy: Worst motorcycle dealer on the east coast do not shop here

Erick Villanueva: I went here for a routine inspection for my motorcycle on Tuesday 4/25/23 @ 1000h. There were two individuals working to put together a motorcycle in the shop when I walked up. I politely told them what I needed and one of them yelled to someone in the back for an inspection to which another individual yelled back “10 minutes”. I waited patiently and 10 minutes turned to 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes. No one came out of the shop and the individuals working on the motorcycle gave no further acknowledgement of me. During the whole time I was there they didn’t even turn towards me to where I could even see their faces. This place has terrible customer service, were rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. A very big waste of time.

Éric Perreault: I bougth a pair of glove and Jasson was super Nice and give us good advice

Jeremy Velez: I been calling for 30 minutes straight looking for information and they don’t even answer their phone. Imagine if I was actually getting service done here. I’m guessing I dodged a bullet with this place. I don’t like business that can’t even answer their phone. Very unprofessional. There should be someone tending the phone 24/7.

Ace's Vlogs: This is place go if you need work done to your bike these guys know what their doing love that team

Jeff J: I bought a Ninja 650 from them recently and the process was very smooth. Rocco helped me out, and made the whole process quick and easy. He was able to help me get a good deal, and was very helpful with explaining any concerns I had. Didn't feel like I was being pressured at all.I've also had my older bike serviced here and they were able to help me fix my service needs.

Pedro De Leon: They took great care of my Goldwing.

john doe: This place is always busy and super expensive. They don’t give military discounts or any sort of assistance with the pricing. Your bike can be in the shop for weeks and somehow a few hours of labor will charge you a lot. They are believably expensive. This was my last time going here. I don’t know what I was thinking.

Joe M: Great customer service and very professional. I called all the Kawasaki dealers in New York and NY Motorcycle was the only one that got right down to what needed to be done when I had an issue with my Kawasaki Jetski. We set-up everything ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. When I got there at least 3 employees were working on it. It took quite some assembly but I was in/out in 1-2 hours. If you're buying Kawasaki, get a warranty.

Taha Shakil: Rob was very helpful so was the guy at service. Rob installed an fixed everything in my bike with ease and quickly and I assure you he will do an amazing job if you ever need to go. My ninja 650 looks great now

Edgardo Villa: Great personnel to assist with Motorcycle information and purchasing

Marlon Salmon: Excellent place to get your first motorcycle.

L.E.S.C.: what do users think?

Don Moshier: Best head work in town these guys killed it

Karan Nagpal: I gotta be honest about the problems. The job he did was not good. I am uploading this pic of the wrong screws that were used and literally jammed. Apart from that the guy asked me to install a chain set in place of my belt and get oil changed when both things were not needed. To add more, I was also made to install a tube in a tubeless tire and I could have gotten a new tire for the same amount.STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

Adrian Richardson: Nick is a good dude. Had my day ruined by a random flat while in the east village and didn’t want to pay for a tow plus any moto shop I could think of was too far to limp my bike to. Contacted Nick and he told me to bring it right over. Im sure he was busy but he managed to help me out last minute after hearing I rode over from jersey.Speaking to him is like talking to a mad scientist, he has advice or answers for any words leaving your mouth that involve motorcycles. Definitely coming back to get more work done when the finances allow.

Meg: This place is a scam. Charged my brother, only did half the things they were supposed to do. Took over a month to do anything. I've never seen such a unprofessional place.

Roger Mifsud: Nice guy, loves bikes

Antonio Santana: it’s rare I’m in a jam with my bike but when I am this shop is my go to Shop for anything chopper the owner and mechanic nick mostly specializes in Harley’s but knows how to pretty much fix anything.

Eamon Walsh: Service:Engine repairPositive:Quality

Fisk 1018: Nick is a great mechanic and knows exactly what he’s doing and talking about when it comes to Harley’s.Wiring, welding, chopping, basic maintenance... He’s my go to guy.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Steering suspension repair,Brake service repair

Sigh Orion: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Value

Miles .Kittredge: This is a biased review because I’ve been friends with Nick since he lived on the West Coast. He does this because he loves it. He’s a true ethical guy that will treat you right.Services:Carburetor cleaning,Electrical repair,Delivery,Tires,Steering suspension repair,Engine repair,Auto detailing,Wheel alignment,Brake service repair,Battery,Oil change

Mike Sneeringer: Nick rules , creative and thoughtful fabrication through and through

Vanessa Mehaouchi: Nick knows Harley’s inside an out. Honestly, I would trust him to fix most anything that... breaks! The secret is out, really talented and knowledgeable fabricator.

Taylor Collins: Nick is a great addition to the custom fabrication scene in NYC.

aaron rodriguez: Known Nick for many many years. He does incredible work! Highly recommend!

Jacob Feitelson: Nick did a phenomenal job giving my Ironhead a thorough going through. I was having issues with timing and the transmission. His turn around time was exceptional and the performance of my 44 year old bike has never been better. Fantastic service and professionalism. Anything from fixing a headlight to major engine work, Nick is definitely the guy. Best vibe and shop in the Metro area. Hands down.Service:Engine repair

Ilya Kulichkin: While Nick specializes in custom chopper work and makes custom metal parts for them. I ordered custom roof rack for my truck, knowing how good he is with metal work.It came out perfect and I love the look and practicality of it. He was very fast and really listened to understand what I wanted.

Proceed with confidence.Service:Engine repair

Chip Brian: Great shop

Michael Bray: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ValueReal mechanics in the truest sense. Honest, helpful, reliable guys. If you have a Brit bike you shouldn't be looking anywhere else. Make it easy on yourself and go to 6th

thupten dhondup: Firstly Thank u v much Josh for helping me remove screw from my passenger grab rail on my Bonneville bike. I stopped here for the very first time n first impression was excellent. I will definitely stop here if i need any repair in future.I’m writing this 5star review + comment on Wednesday 05/13/2020 during covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Thanks once again Josh.

John MacMillan: I had called countless motorcycle shops in 4 different states over 10 years. Nobody would even touch my classic 1963 Honda, one place did a compression test then overcharged me. When I arrived at 6th St. Specials, Hugh told me.. “Hey man, don’t worry about it. We can fix anything” He is right and his mechanics are top notch. Less than a week later she was running strong and they charged me a very fair price. I cannot recommend this shop high enough, if there were 8 stars on Yelp I’d still try to turn it up to 11. You’ll be taken care of, look no further.

Triborough Motorcycles: what do users think?

Esteban Arteaga: the owner has a bad attitude

Hubert Fung: First time having my bike serviced here, because no other place do work on Saturday. Finish my motorcycle Rear tire replacement and front brake pad change, not sure about all other low rating, but I got to say the gentleman who help me out did a fantastic job on my bike. Service is faster than I expected, and the machinic show me a few pointers about how to properly maintain my bike. Test ride home have no issue, a five star well deserved. Keep it up!Services:Tires,Brake service repair

George Smith: Best motorcycle shop in NYC , no games straight to to point .

Faris Ali: Absolute garbage. Never go here. The guys that work here have a terrible attitude. They don’t cooperate with you on anything and always act rude. Over priced, mean, dishonest, and disrespectful. I made the mistake of going here, dont do the same.Services:Electrical repair,Tires,Brake service repair,Oil change

Aaron Smulktis: These guys are great. Excellent detailed work. They know what they’re doing. Honest, no bs, and me back up and running in a few weeks.

Trey Galyon: DONT BUY A BIKE FROM THIS GUY! That fact that he is rude and not very likeable doesn't mean a thing to me. I would rather you be rude and honest than nice and dishonest. Mark is both rude and dishonest. I bought my first bike from him last year and it's been a learning experience for me. It was clearly an auction bike, so I asked if there were any issues with the bike and he said no. I looked up the VIN number and it showed pictures with front end damage. I asked him if there was anything I needed to be worried about with the front end and he said no. Every problem I've had with this bike is front end related. Fork seals started leaking on one side, so bought new seals and paid him to replace them. Started getting pulsing when I applied the front brakes, so bought a new front brake rotor and had him replace that. Fork seals started leaking again and brakes started pulsing again. Took it to another guy and he said that the front fork tube is bent below the seal and that's probably the cause of the leak and the brake issue. Asked if the person who changed the seals should have seen that and he said yes. Also, only one of the seals was changed and changed poorly and they didn't replace the fork oil. Bottom line is Mark had to know that was bent when he sold it to me or definitely should have noticed it when he changed the fork seals and rotor. SHADY! Don't trust him. He'll either lie or not tell you the whole story. This is partly on me for not being as knowledgeable about what to look for when buying a used bike, but also disappointed that I was taken advantage of by a motorcycle dealer/repair business.Update: the front wheel was also bent slightly and was contributing to the front brake/disc problem. Had to buy a new front wheel and fork tube. Again, an issue that he HAD to know about when he sold me the bike. Don't give them your business!!

James Robertson: Just plan awesome

Stevanus Setiawan: Store where you can get HD memoirs.

Christian: Great Harley shop with a good selection of gear and the staff was really friendly! The staff helped me find my size in the shirts and jacket I wanted. Their prices are on par with the HD brand and the general tourist area. Definitely worth a visit 😀

Setter de Cortiuda: He ido hoy a comprar y hacía mucho tiempo que queria comprar una gorra. La sorpresa cuando pague es el precio....el doble que en la página web oficial de Harley. De 40 dolares a 65 dolares.....un atraco.

T.Bruce JamisonIII: Expensive for sure

anthony simone: I mistakenly bought two hoody’s that were NYC Harley Davison hoodies…. They were crazy money and are not even the quality of the normal HD clothing….. matter of fact for 140$ each one would think you could fit your hand in the pocket however the hoody is literally made in a nicaraguan sweat shop so one side of the pocket is too small to get my hand in it. Zero quality and what they charge for a hoody that’s worse quality than you would buy at Kohls is criminal…. Total garbage and they are about to get them both back tomorrow. I’d rather give my money to a homeless person than make this mistake again. Live and learned for 272$

David Krabbe: Friendly staff, good selection of items. Prices are very upscale.

MotorGrrl: what do users think?

Alicia Batista: Motorgrrl's is a great resource for the NYC motorcycle community. Val and her staff are very knowledgeable and will take good care of your bike. I highly recommend this business.

Esteban Arteaga: Primero que todo la señora que atiende tiene una actitud pésima aparte de eso son careros

Victor Chicos: Quick and easy I got my inspection done, super nice guy

Steve Schoenborn: Helpful, good people.

Vvv Hhh: Not bad place at all. The good point is that they really will check bike before return it to you.Plus finished work on my bike in time.

Anthony Nocerino: Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. It is hard to get my mind around the level of ignorance. They couldn't even fix a rear flat tire on Triumph. Take your bike else where.

Rich Rucker: Val, AJ, Frank and the crew are AWESOME!!!! They are prompt with quotes, responses to questions and issues with the bike. I've been a member for several months and sing their praise every chance i get! I enjoy my Full Throttle membership and highly encourage joining the community!!!

Sean Lennon: by this shop MotorGrrl did it for 1/3rd the cost of what anyone was asking!they’re honest, upfront and will not play games trying to get you to buy unnecessary things. they got the job done within 48 hours both times.guys this is no joke, this is the choice shop in NYC for motorcycles / MX repair!

Adam Stamper: They did a great job and did it correctly. Also ordered a new set of tires. It's a bit more expensive but if it's done well it's worth it. Also, I currently have a Yamaha XSR 700 so it can be a bit hard to find a good spot in this neighborhood of V-twins. Glad I walked in.

Anton Gima: Aweosme

Shariar Joy: They're not the cheapest option. But their service is top notch. This will be my go-to place for my bike.

J Ibrahim: I was pleasantly surprised with how honest and fast the shop was with my repair. I have a Vespa GTS 300 with 24,000 miles on it and it would not start. After ruling out the usual problems, they found that the compression was low in the engine. I was almost willing to scrap the Vespa I love, because it would have cost a lot to rebuild the engine. I agreed to their estimate because I wanted to keep using it. The next day, the Vespa was ready and they told me all they had to do was adjust the valves. Robot on Scooterwest/Vespa Motorsport recommends valve adjustments every 12,000 miles on the older GTs. I never did it, so that makes sense. Even though I agreed to their initial estimate, I was only charged for 2 hours of service and a needed spark plug. This included the diagnostic and repair time! This is not the first time they found a minor manifestation of a major problem. A couple years ago my engine light was on and the bike was sounding terrible. Another shop said I needed a new computer and that they couldn't do it. I rode it slowly to Motorgrrl and all it needed was an O2 sensor. One hr labor and the part on the same day saved me a lot of money. I always recommend this shop to all my Vespa buddies.Service:Engine repair
