Gábor Falusi: It takes up so much space!
Stuart Lamberton: Brilliant place, made to feel very welcome had a tour of the workshop, was given freebies, then allowed to hang out whole they ordered can back to the airport 👍
Jose Marquez: I would give this place zero stars if I couldWent in to try on helmets because I wanted to re assure a sizing issue I had before. And they guy at the counter was totally rude and seemed so annoyed of me even being there even though there was no one in the store at all !! What’s the point of a motorcycle accessory store when your not allowed to try on items ? And if your not going to help anyoneWith customer service why are you in the customer service industry. Can’t believe anyone does business here at allHonestly.
傅大盟: I received an email almost immediately acknowledging receipt of my order. My boots shipped the next morning and I received them two days later. Super fast and what great personal service. Not only did I get a receipt email, I got a personal email from the proprietor thanking me for my order. Tracking was provided and the boots arrived perfectly boxed inside of a second box. SUPER service. High praise! Thanks Genuine Motorworks!
Jennifer Helfer: Great little shop.
G S: Motorcycle culture shop with clothing and gear that align with the current harley/cafe racer scene. Shop is small, but cozy and staff is friendly. Riding gear that is available is competent and again aligns with current Moto scene. I've only been here once, but will make this a regular stop seasonally to check out the new items.A solid place to stop in when traveling through Brooklyn.
Harold Tennant: Very helpful nice person behind the counter .i allways try there first for anything ..
Matthew Kern: I was rejected on an attempt to return or exchange in any way, even though the product was still in brand new condition with tags and a staff member had told me I could return it if I was unsatisfied. On top of all of that, the young, dark haired manager managed to be so rude in his interactions with me that I'll never set foot in this place again. If you're still not convinced, these folks carry products that are more geared towards being hip than functional. No thank you.Update:Owner responds to my review by, not only calling me a liar, but presenting a list of lies himself as a way to wiggle out of responsibility. I had the receipt, I wore the gloves literally once and returned them after 1 week of purchase with the receipt. They did not function as advertised. So add childish and brash owner to the list of reasons to not go here.Good business owners make an attempt to win customers back upon getting negative review, not berate them for being honest about having a bad experience.
Miguel Oldenburg: Went to Genuine Motorworks to get my new helmet. The staff was very friendly and helped me make sure I had the proper fitting and made the right choice for my riding style. Great local store!
Halie Edwards: 5 star staff selling 5 star goods! I stopped in when I was visiting Brooklyn and loved the trendy yet timeless vibe. If you're looking for a local shop selling made in USA products, you have to check this place out. The gentleman working that day was so sweet and knowlegable about the latest trends. They were even hosting a fundraiser for an injured motorcyclist the day I came in. Such a fun atmosphere, I'll definitely be back the next time im in town!
dethrokker: GENUINE MOTORWORKS is AWESOME! The Shop carries a curated selection of high quality MADE IN USA brands of MOTORCYCLE and WORKWEAR. And really COOL MOTORCYCLE HELMETS! I highly recommend this shop!
S S: The combination the honest and helpful service from the store attendant and their good taste in the selection of quality products make genuine motorworks one of my favorite motorcycle apparell shops.Keep up the good work!
Wynn Harrison: . But I will never be able to get the time I had wasted at this store back. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not shop here.

Bounty HunterNH: I got a armored hoodie at Laconia bike week. I'm a large dude and they had a hoodie to fit me, 7X! I've got about 500 miles on it now. What a piece of gear! I absolutely love it. It's warm, yet breathable. Even in the sun it does not get too hot. Big thx bud! Keep up the good work!
Stacey Arvidson: Two years ago I was looking for a womens armored hoodie and I stumbled on Heroics web page. I loved the fact that the hoodies were specifically designed for women and not just a shrunken down mens size. The attention to detail is fantastic. The hoodie has made it through two full riding seasons and still looks brand new. I went to Laconia bike week last summer and stopped at the Heroic booth. I wound up buying a pair of the shorty gloves. The next day I rode through heat, pouring rain, mud, and freezing cold. I was soWorried that the rain would destroy the gloves but they held up great! The attention to detail in everything I’ve bought is absolutely incredible. I’m hoping they are in Daytona in March because I want to buy boots from them.Their products are reasonably priced and the quality and attention to detail are second to none.
Robert Merida: Bar none the best quality products are a decent price. The only company I know that anyone can speak with the owner directly with no gate keepers. Custom-made merchandise and the list would keep on going.
Plan Kalkul: I have been looking for good gear small enough to fit my 8 year old daughter for some time. At the IMS Show in Nashville last fall, the folks at Heroic were willing to dig through their boxes for the smallest possible hoodie they could find. It fits my daughter well, and I feel secure that she is safe. The owners of Heroic are great people, and the gear is of excellent quality. I also bought the ST-R shorty gloves for myself, and love them. Unlike many of the leather gloves I own, they are supple and easy to get on and off. They breathe well in the summer, and feel super protective.
Ryan Ramirez: Always great quality work and fast to respond! I've had both track suit and gloves patched up after a crash. Todd fixed all the seams/patches that were damaged and sent my gear back quickly and looking like new.
David Lavender: AMAZING SUIT , Todd built me a suit for the track and assured me that in the event of a crash said suit would provide the very best protection against inquiry and indeed was correct , Last week on the track i put the suit good use and was able to get up from the crash laughing . THANK YOU TODD , YOU BUILD GREAT TRACK SUITS
James Bailey: The owner of this company is a great man, he really helped me with the sizing and everything i needed to know to get my first suit spent allot of time talking to me and explaining different options and what purpose different syles served. Without a doubt the most knowlegable person i have talked to you can tell this is his passion thank you Tod I really do appreciate everything.
Jim McConville: i've been wearing heroic suits and gloves since 2013. i'm currently on my 3rd pair of racing gloves, 3rd suit, and 1 pair of shorty gloves for the street. The gloves are the best i've used, and i've raced on Held and Spidi gloves. just one hot session on a new pair of Heroic's and they're good to go. no other break-in needed, unlike many other brands out there.as far as the suit, i havent needed to do any break-in process. i've never had that awkward stiff suit walk around the paddock like everyone has seen before. these suits simply fit and are good to go. i've also had many unfortunate situations where i've crash tested these suits and they hold up very well.
Ali Elsibai: Great customer service was great. Shirt quality is great love the fabric.
Ryan LaMarca: .
Dan Iaboni: Professional custom motorcycle leather suits, jackets and gloves. Great products and attention to detail
The two wheeled introvert: My Heroic SP-R Gloves arrived today, and while I haven't had a chance to ride in them, I did want to comment on their fit. One of the differences between Heroic and many other brands, is the number of different sizes they offer their gloves in. Using the measurement technique they outline on their website, I was able to order a pair that fits beautifully. Thank you team.
Michael Cantalupo: Just ordered a custom fit, one of a kind jacket. Todd was great! We went over a layout, measured me up and I am so excited to get my new jacket. Top of the line and totally worth it!
burgandy24: Nice shop nice guy
Crice King: This guy's awesoommmeeeee. He's on his way to innovate and make changes without care for cost because a riders life is his passion. And that's why I'd like to support him on his endeavor. We need more innovators and pioneers to get this ball rolling in our favor and longevity. Thanks for the company and thanks for the care and detail.
Samuel Mercadante: I had a really great experience at the heroic racing shop. I got fitted for a two piece suit. Todd has an eye for design and had awesome ideas for the color combos. He also fitted me for a pair of custom gloves. A pair that I would have been happy to take home as is, he insisted that he adjust them which I thought was cool because he wanted them to be perfect. You want a perfectionist when it comes to someone making your motorcycle track gear. If you are in the market for a suit or jacket definitely go check heroic racing apparel out. You will not be disappointed
Jordan Long: Super high quality motorcycle gear and clothing...
