Xuemeng Li: Learned a new word and a new dessert here - Merveilleux. In English, it’s a combination of meringue and cream, but of course, more complex. We tried the big chocolate one and their coffee. Price was not horrible, with tax, 2 coffee and a big dessert for $17, same level as a typical New York bakery. Most seats are on the loft. The bench was comfortable. But since it was a self served space, and we didn’t see cleaning wipes provided, some tables were quite dirty; the trash was so full.

From first glance you would think that these desserts would be super heavy but they are extremely light. But while they are also light they are so rich and delectable in flavor. If you want to give someone you love that has a sweet tooth an absolute treat , this is the place. Or if you want to impress someone you adore. Bridgette Culler: Me n my coworkers stop here every once in a while for lunch came by myself asked for the chèvre chaud salad got tuna instead okay that’s fine we can change it I understand since I am a server but when acknowledged server did not say anything or rush the food so I had to waste 40 mins of my hour break waiting for food which was good but nobody came to ask me if I’d like another glass of wine or to refill my water and had to continue to flag down servers which as a server I hate having done to me

The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food, and the service is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend Patisserie Fouet to anyone who loves sweets and coffee.

Nadia Tran: Small selection and disappointing desserts. The Yuzu Lavendar was too overwhelmingly yuzu. The Mont Blanc was inedible. I don’t like wasting food, especially expensive desserts, but the flavors and textures were just so wrong. The bottom two layers were like eating chalk. The only reason I gave two stars was because the Chamomile Mango Mousse was ok.
I B: I ordered to-go cakes. The mousse created by this patisserie are so delicate in both flavor and texture. My favorite were the Yuzu Lavender and the Chamomile Mango. The layered mousse in the Chamomile Mango is the perfect mix of light fruitiness and a more earthy floral flavor. I was surprised at how true to a brewed cup of tea the Chamomile tasted like.
