Google listings has a photo of a another store [Blizzard @ 1991 Utica Avenue] that is directly across the street from Caps [@2016 Utica Avenue.]I had called Caps on the phone but, had relied on Googles photo [of Blizzard.] Walked right into a trap inside of Blizzard. Guy [in Blizzard] tried to overcharge me by 150% the cost of the part. I left [Blizzard] without the part, and frustrated at having travelled to the location. On my way home, I stopped at another store to inquire about the part. It was then that I was informed of my mistake on location of Caps. I travelled back to Caps, and got the proper service, and part. Thankfully.Caps is not Blizzard. And you don't want to get caught in a Blizzard of bad business. Google should remove/correct the photos of these two businesses. Googles mistake is an injustice and disservice to Caps.

There was a bit of a delay, they called me right away to reschedule, and the reason for the delay was that they realized the item was faulty. Which is a good REASON for a delay, and it says good things that they caught it. Stacy was very professional and helpful, and so was the delivery man. Unfortunately, I didn't get that gentleman's name, but he was driver 6070. Good folks.
