VISION: I went to them for a trailer for the weekend. The process is fairly smooth if you come prepared. You need a credit or debit card. They're going to put a $500 hold on your card for the duration of your rental. Your money will be released back to you in 3 - 5 business days depending on the card or bank you use. You'll also need to show proof of your current insurance card and your driver's license.They have open and enclosed trailers, vans, box trucks and large moving trucks. Definitely worth looking into.

Black lady with blonde hair in front desk been disrespectful and told me to find myself some videos how will look installation on my vehicle while mechanic was in the shop. She said mechanic have no even 1 minute to talk and explain the process of installation on my vehicle. She even closed the gates from the shop in front of me.

Zeezoo Boy: I'm a regular Uhaul customer and this was the worst ever experience I had with the company. Branch manager was unqualified and not respecting his customers. I came with my son to collect a trailer and he refused to complete the process. The branch manager was very angry and he said in front of his staff that he is very stressful and he doesn't want to waste his time anymore to support his customers. I had to wait in the branch more than 3 hours to collect the trailer. When I came back to the branch, one of the staff members was very supportive, and she completed the process within less than 5 minutes when the branch manager was not in the store. I strongly dont recommend anyone to visit this store since unqualified people are running the branch and such managers should be trained to be qualified and to learn how to respect and service their customers .The service I got from the branch manager doesn't even deserve 1 star that I gave on this rating and I wish that I can rate ZERO stars.I will never come back to this store !!!!

A small truck ran me about $65 bucks including taxes and insurance the good thing is you don't have to full the tank up only what you use I did run over my max time 3 hours and ended up paying another $127 which was reasonable for mileage and going over the expected return the system is awesome where you can check in and out by phone and there's a drop box they also had huge boxes for less than $5 dollars for packing and moving the customer was good and the store operation system was on point the only thing is when you return the truck be expecting a return pile up and possibly no where to park my first time renting a UHAUL I was impressed and very satisfied
