Miki R: HORRIBLE experience. Staff SUPER RUDE , including the bouncers , got a cabana and the service was TERRIBLE , spent 2k and would’t go there if someone paid me money . Ghetto employees and crowd . If there was a 0 star , I’d give them that .
Anthony Tapia: Best pool experience ever
Georgette Morgan: Now known as "The Summer Club." This establishment has unethical business practices. Please avoid if you value your time and money.

Emeraude Faucher: Nice view. Cocktail good, part of the terrace closed.
Daniel Kassell: Great View
Miriam Glass: Gorgeous view. Classy bar. Yummy drinks. Good service.
Audrey Leblanc: .
Dan Shuttleworth: Great lounge with loads of comfy seats and views from the 12th floor. We had most of the food on the menu and it was all pretty good. The bao buns and the baby back ribs were probably the standouts - the ribs were great.
Yury T: We went two different times in two weeks. The hostesses were VERY rude both times. The drinks were watered-down BOTH times! They were so bad we actually had to send our drinks back! We left with a horrible experience and will never come back again.
Juliann Negron: Beautiful view of the city plus the food and drinks were great! Highly recommend the Gossip Girl drink and the pork buns. Thanks for an amazing night!
FSANEIL LAZER: .Drinks and food were good also.Pleasant atmosphere as a lounge.

Emma Steincross: physically inaccessible and not following ADA
Mark Abdelmessih: The staff was very professional and accommodated my early checkin. Very clean hotel with amazing views.
Sonia Mahmoudieh: I had an amazing stay there. Everyone were super polite and friendly. Our room had beautiful furniture and bed which gave me Moroccan / Beach vibe. They have 2 restaurants one right next to the hotel and one on the rooftop which is great if you feel lazy to leave the hotel and looking for drinks and high quality food. Also, there are several fast foods and late nights snacks in there neighborhood if you are and late night snacker like me😁They have a very cute pool and bar. I can’t wait to come back here in summer.
Naz Stobe-Kirst: . The larger than life wicker dog on a leash art on the way in was adorable. The lobby books were all worth reading. Also the main lamp looks cool: it's a diamond shape that when off is black, but it lights up and shines like a cut diamond.Staff may be friendly but not very bright. Had to leave for work before 6am and they didn't know how to let us out the door . They also can't send a receipt, even if they promised.Worst thing: stairs to enter the hotel. I had a heavy suitcase and had to lift it on each step. This also makes CODA not wheelchair friendly. Not very American, because we all need to abide by the Americans with disabilities act!
Madison Zalopany: We were trying to book a room here and didn't see an accessible room option, so we called and they said that they do not offer wheelchair accessible rooms. Which cannot be right, but still should be a red flag for any disabled person considering staying here.
Nicole Hackett: Terrible service for two hundred dollars for a night. Beautifully decorated but rooms are too cold for the winter, thermostat wouldn't go above 64. Tried calling the front desk several times no one answered, had to go downstairs and was told the phone was accidentally unplugged. For more than three hours? Food was delivered and no one notified us, it was found sitting outside the door because we decided to check. Beautiful place but service needs reviewing and improving
Nadia Beliveau: When I arrived at my room, the cleaning hasn't been made. So they gave me another room. Now that second room had a patio door with a hole in it the size of a quarter. Cold air was entering, plus the outside noise. And they had a heating problem, so my room was horribly cold and it disturbed my sleep on the first night. On the second night, a boiler in the hotel literally broke, so there was no heating at all. My room was at 63, and I had to keep my face under the blankets to be able to sleep, the air was too cold. I have been awaken multiple times during that night, because the room was too cold. The morning after, I went to see the receptionist, who had her scarf and her winter coat on, and I asked for a rebate for my room for those 2 nights, she wrote a note in my folio, and told me that it was going to be applied the day after. On the third night, the heating was back, so I had one normal night of sleep. This heating problem ruined a part of my trip, because I was too exhausted during the day. The third night helped a little, and even then I was still exhausted. The morning after, I went to see another receptionist for my check out, and told him that I had a rebate for the two first nights that had a heating problem. He said he had to go see the manager, so I waited for him to go see the manager and come back to me. He came back, and he told me that this rebate was going to be processed on my card later during the day. It didn't happen. This experience was disappointing from the beginning to the end.
Jenny Jenewein: Booked this based on the 4 star rating. I arrived. I paid for an upgraded room and I did not get that. The shower wand was broken and so was the mirror. I did ask them to fix that or change me to the correct room, they were booked so they weren’t able to do that. Fine that’s OK but then housekeeping came in and only took care of the trash. They did not make the bed did not get new towels. IN A SUPPOSEDLY 4 star hotel…. RIDICULOUS. Thereafter one of my jewelry pieces went missing. I spoke to the hotel manager and they did not refund me. I asked for the hotel Director and she gave me the housekeeping manager. I asked again for a refund and they just gave me the runaround. If that’s the kind of hotel you look forward to staying in, by all means book here. I would NEVER stay there again with the kind of “Service “ they provided…. Which was NONE!Stay away! Go to real 4 Star hotel because this isn’t it!!!!
Cream City: Beautiful place typical prices and expectation at venues like this if you are in this scene often
Gabriela Chevez: I went on my birthday 🎂 🎁 nice place to take photos, but I think the cocktails are expensive
Genesis Troya: Very nice atmosphere. Prices are a bit high but resonable for the view.
Sara Silberstang: - I know this isn’t an all the time situation but it was annoying. There’s no real amenities other than coffee in the lobby and the rooftop always seemed to have a private party. The gym is an afterthought and not clean and is shared with the residential building - no water cups, towels and seemed dingy.

mf b: are walkable.Food & drinks: Adequate. Moderately expensive.Noteworthy details: Uncomfortably loud.
frostville: This was just a visit to the bars but the service was hilariously bad/stuck up. From the hostess referring to my reservation as alleged, to the bar staff chatting with each other rather than serving guests. Every staff interaction had the feeling of being spoken down to. Absolutely stunning sunset destination but don’t expect much from the service.
Ayda Pour: That wonderful view forThe Williamsburg hotel offered an unforgettable experience during July 4th, with its insane view of the fireworks display.
Jérôme (Jérôme23): , les chambres sont toutes petites et mal entretenues
Bobby Getch: The view is nuts, will be trying the pool next? I hope so!!!!!!!!!Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic …
Gedalia Weinberger: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Williamsburg Hotel during a trip to New York City, and overall, my experience was delightful. This boutique hotel perfectly captures the trendy and vibrant atmosphere of Williamsburg, offering a unique blend of style, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The hotel's modern industrial design, with its exposed brick walls and sleek furnishings, exudes a sense of urban chic. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, creating a visually striking environment throughout the property. The room I stayed in was spacious and elegantly appointed, featuring contemporary amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep, and the high-quality linens added an extra layer of comfort. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the surrounding neighborhood, allowing me to soak in the vibrant energy of Williamsburg. One of the standout features of the Williamsburg Hotel is its rooftop pool and bar. This rooftop oasis provided a serene escape from the bustling city below, allowing me to relax and unwind while sipping on a refreshing cocktail. The panoramic views of Manhattan were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. It's worth noting that the rooftop can get quite busy, so finding a lounge chair may require some patience. The hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. They were knowledgeable about the local area, offering excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. The level of service I received during my stay truly enhanced my overall experience. However, one minor drawback was the noise level in some areas of the hotel. Given its prime location in the heart of Williamsburg, it's not surprising that there is occasional street noise. While my room was relatively quiet, I did notice some disturbance in the lobby and communal spaces. However, this did not significantly impact my stay. The Williamsburg Hotel's location is another major selling point. It's conveniently situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. Exploring the local scene was a breeze, and I enjoyed immersing myself in the trendy and artistic atmosphere of the neighborhood. In conclusion, the Williamsburg Hotel offers a stylish and inviting retreat in the heart of one of New York City's most vibrant neighborhoods. With its modern design, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff, it provides an excellent base for exploring Williamsburg. While some minor noise issues were present, they were outweighed by the hotel's overall charm and top-notch service. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a chic and memorable stay in Brooklyn

Laura Simon: The Gansevoort is conveniently located near the main NYC Google offices. Walkable to the Chelsea Market and other fun spots. The hotel has the standard amenities and is definitely a step up compared to some of the hotels in the area but also not luxurious. The doorman and front desk staff are always kind & informative & I like the rooms that look out onto the street. Typically very clean & fairly quiet - ask for a room away from the elevator! Their top floor lounge and sushi restaurant have incredible views & are at times booked out for events. But if you can grab a drink on the top floor, it’s well with it!
SSM: A wonderful experience from beginning to the end! Nicole at check in was most gracious and accommodating! 9th floor very end of hallway! Fabulous room, spacious & stunning view! Beds super comfy, room in top top shape, very clean. Fabulous location! A++

John Peters: Overall a decent 5 star hotel, but not up to typical Peninsula standards.Rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. Furniture is old and technology is out of the 90s.Service was fine apart from a mishap on day 3 when I had to call three times and wait 25 minutes for some ice to be sent to my room.Location is perfect. Can't really go wrong with this hotel, but for USD 1K/night, I would stay elsewhere.Rooms: Outdated and in urgent need of refurb.

G F (Nutzer): Wer das ganz Besondere sucht und dafür zu zahlen bereit ist, sollte nirgendwo anders hingehen!Das beste Hotel der Stadt und das will was heißen!
joe a. borg: This place is the pinacle of luxury and ultimate service and attention...everywhere you notice how much they care about your safety and attention, with so much respect and discretion, the location is at the cream of all the most amazing brands and griffes...walking distance to luxury and what you aim in life...in itself a life experience of what is Possible and why we do what we do...to spend some time , a meal , enjoy a beverage at "The Peninsula " My feeling and recalling some " John Wick " movies made it more interesting ......somehow I had the impression I would meet Keenu Reeves at the Lobby...I would probably pass out...Amazing worthy experience...7 stars
Lindsay Clark: Absolutely loved our time at The Peninsula. Adrien at the reception desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and full of good information about the city. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All of the bellhop and staff at the entrance were always friendly and attentive. Our room was lovely and excellent size. The location was perfect and we plan on staying here every time we visit the city.
