Glosario Dawson: I loved coming here before 2020: not sure if management or priorities have changed since the pandemic. Like someone else said for a place called C’mon Everybody it seems like they want to present a sanitized queerness that doesn’t include poc, except if they work there. One particular bartender is always rude to me, not sure what their problem is. Another night, some friends to check it out and the bartender decided she didn’t want to work so we were told to leave. And they charge crazy prices for drinks. Don’t think I’ll be back unfortunately.

And here are the reasons: first of all, the service is quite not nice, and the manager's facial expression can be concluded that he is dissatisfied with life. Quite expensive, a can of beer $6-8 and of course the obligatory tip. Which I don't think makes sense to tip right away. The amount of the tip depends on the quality of service, which is difficult to assess after a minute when ordering. And if it could be given later, they would get nothing. Because you have to earn a tip, and they clearly deserved a zero from the way they behaved. My boyfriend went to ask for WiFi password. It was the bartender who said to ask the manager. He approached the manager and he said to ask the bartender. And so sending one from the other. At the end, the bartender told him something like: if I knew this, I wouldn't say it anyway. And they didn't provide the password. Later he left a comment, they wrote back that they were busy. Laughter in the hall and a lie. How long does it take to enter WiFi password, 10 seconds...In general, when I visit places, LGBT+ bars, I feel good, a nice atmosphere, and in this place I felt as if I was there as a punishment. We were supposed to stay at the event, where we had already bought tickets, but we decided that it wasn't worth it. We left. The only thing I recommend is: stay away from this place.

Aparna Pedapudi: Stay far away! Went to see a show there with a pricey $200 ticket that included dinner - cold weird appetizers were on our table when we arrived. No waiter came to see us until halfway through the show but they still charged a 20% service charge not just on the price of the drinks and dinner but on the price of the entire ticket. Added in a $30 “show fee” for good measure.

SRIDHAR RAJ SHAKYA: This place is awful. Saturday we were invited, had the ticket and were on the guest list. After waiting 90 minutes in cold the guy asked us to apy 50$ per each. Although, we had the ticket. He was absolutely rude and treated us very badly. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Visibly on his phone and when asked for a drink he didn’t even say two words to acknowledge me then rolled his eyes and legit threw the drinks at me once he had finished. Absolutely horrible service and I most likely will not be returning.

Monique Steiner: Hot sweaty basement with no air flow which is fine if that’s the vibe you are after considering the music was decent. However staff were really rude. Cash only and the man doing coat check short changed me and when I told him he shrugged it off and then proceeded to ignore me. There are so many other great spots in the area to go dancing and this is just not the spot.

Made me wait over 10 min for a glass of water, one of them pointed out the self serve which was empty, then made me wait extra to refill it instead of giving me a glass right away, u don’t do that to a customer specially in the summer. None of the bartenders were nice or friendly at all. Also bathrooms are terrible, one for women and a big one with many stalls for men. Everyone knows women’s are usually busier, you need to redesign.

Read the other reviews clearly he is the problem. The 4.0 / 5.0 stars on almost 800 reviews is a signal that things are wrong. Ask your bouncer about him. When asked what his problem was - the bouncer replied “yea he has a tough life.” Absolutely horrible experience.

They gave me a bad and irritated attitude when i called 1 hour before my reservation to tell them my party became smaller due to people not being able to make it and theres was a real lack in customer service. Then they told me i have to leave 5 minutes prior the end of my reservation because they scheduled another party on top of ours. I have been to beyter karaoke bars in the city with better hospitality. Go anywhere else except here.

When the bill arrived, the total came to a little over $367 and we were told if we paid cash we could pay $360 even. It was such a great experience we were looking forward to returning once they reopened after COVID.Post pandemic the experience was completely different. We came on the Wednesday after Christmas as we were all on break from work. The karaoke room rate remained the same. However, we were the only ones there so there was only one gentleman working the bar and no one present to attend the kitchen so the kitchen was closed. We were unable to order any food. First disappointment. The second disappointment was that there was no more beer included with the room and no bottle service. Instead they now offer open bar for $22 per person/per hour, or premium open bar for $29 per person/per hour. We opted for the $22per person/ per hour option. We again reserved the karaoke room for 3 hours but stood longer because we decided to order food through Grubhub since we were starving after a few hours. We ordered food and even ordered food for the gentleman attending our group since we felt sorry that he was there working alone. We ended the night 6 hours later. I also have to comment that some of the song lyrics were incorrect and the tune was different than expected on a numbers of songs. We had a great time, but the open bar was an absolute purse drainer. The third and final disappointment………………..the bill was $1089 compared to the $367 we paid the first time which included food. We were not offered any deals like last time.Overall we enjoyed ourselves since we were in each others company. Being friends for over 25 years, we bring the fun to wherever we go. We were looking forward recreating the memorable experience we had pre pandemic and end the year together. Unfortunately, this experience was a complete 180 compared to the first time. Don’t think we will be coming back.
