Benedek-Ambrus Elod: I have knocking sound coming from my engine at cold start. I took my car here. They told me the oil level was low and that’s why the engine made the knocking sound at cold start. They refilled the oil with one quart of oil and sound has gone away. That’s what they said and charged me 153$ for basically refilling the oil. The next day I cold start the car and it makes the same knocking sound. I called them, told them that they didn’t fix the issue. They told me I should bring the car in so they can further investigate the problem. I said sure, so you can charge me another 153$ for nothing? No way, I’ll take my care to a different shop. So this is the professionalism that you can read on all the five star reviews. Oh and another thing. I left a one start review on their website. And guess what, it did not appear on the site. Looking on the reviews on their website, all of them are five stars, there are 700+ reviews, all five stars. Not a single four star. Surely you can have a 5.0 review out of 700+ reviews if you let only five stars reviews on your site. Anyway they are unprofessional and clearly incompetent. Stay away.Service:Engine repair
