Jeanette Kubon: Dr. Kaplan is brilliant but the hotline is a nightmare
Jonathan W.: Jennifer Garcia who is the office manager and Tracy Fleming who apparently books appointments are totally on the wrong page. After I was given a referral to see Dr. David Rabinovici, Tracy Fleming took our information and insurance info and allowed us to book our appt. Day of the appointment, we travel a bit out of our way to get there, only to be told that they do not accept our insurance. We then called to rectify the matter and spoke with the office manager Jennifer Garcia who was very rude btw. She said that she sent an email regarding them not accepting our insurance which in fact she never did. We lost a days work for 2 people to take our mother to this appt. Least they could’ve done was be understanding, but Jennifer was not. Extremely unprofessional. Would never go back and will not recommend this office to anyone in the future.
Elena Erdtrachter: Dr. Mohen was very professional, thorough and easy to speak with.
Hillary Boz: The doctor and technician were pleasant enough, however the experience overall was unprofessional and disappointing. I was the first appointment of the day, arrived early, and the appointment still started 30 minutes late. Then they did not send my results to my doctor, I had to follow up. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes to then be told that they don't have my doctor's information; when it was clearly stated on the referral that I provided. And when I provided the fax number over the phone, the call was then disconnected and I couldn't get back through to the office.I do not recommend this location.
Catherine Romero: very courteous and friendly staff, very thorough evaluation from Neuro, who explained in details condition and options for testing/treatment.
Audrey Kubie: Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I never had to wait at all.
Shumaila Butt: Great place, wonderful staff, and friendly atmosphere. NYNA has all qualified Neurologists with expertise in different areas. All the qualified doctors are brilliant in their work they care about the finest detail of their patients. NYNA is calibrated and intense and has one of the finest surgeons throughout New York. I would highly recommend NYNA.
L. Ricardo: The Dr. gave me a full description about what was happening with my wrist and the nurse was very professional and kind. EMG test is uncomfortable but they did their best to make me go through without having a bad experience.I'll highly recommend this clinic, thanks a lot.
Eleni Gage: After several false starts with ENTs and dentists who do not treat TMJ, just diagnose it and say, "you should really see a TMJ doctor," I finally found a doctor who can treat the condition AND takes insurance. I'm so relieved to have found Dr. Mohen.
Madelyne Kraft: Dr. Mikhaylova was very attentive and engaged. She made every attempt to ellicit as much information as she could to understand the problem I was experiencing. She answered all questions I had patiently and thoroughly.

K C: To the point. Front desk very helpful.Worried about the doctor, I was one on one with her and the big plastic computer screen was blocking her from seeing me bc of the way the chairs are set up. I couldn’t see her I mentioned to her, she said it was fine. It’s not fine, as a human in person you want to connect esp when dealing with one’s health. I had to awkwardly move my seat over to see her. She just stared at me. There were long moments of silence of deciding to stay or walk out. She said nothing at all.We finally got on with it but it was very uncomfortable not welcoming at all. Cold.

MONDO RRI: I have to say I had a very bad experience over this practice! The doctor forgot to prescribe me the medication even though she said that during the visit. I called back many times, and she even forgot to prescribe one! Very bad first time experience! Update, she even prescribed me the medication that with different functions than what I actually need! Very bad bedside manner, no attention to details!
Luz Natal: If i could give this rating a minus 10 I would. I took my son to see Dr James Sul for an evaluation early March, was scheduled for follow-up phone calls first on March 31 and April 7 which never happened. This Dr. failed to call to go over my sons results and when I called the center they gave me nothing but excuses how the Dr was with patients. When an appointment is made it is with the expectation that the Doctor is available at the time given but this was not the case. This is a Neurologist that should care about giving patients their results instead of giving them the run around to get them. He is completely unethical, unprofessional and has no compassion. I left several messages for the practice manager to call me and she never did. I have emailed and called requesting my sons reports and get nothing but the run around. This has been the worse experience I have ever had with a so called practice. I would suggest anyone in need of a consult to look for a another practice that cares about their patience and do not treat them as if they were just a number. I am extremely disgusted with the way we were treated. This Doctor needs to remember why he went into this profession and learn how to show some empathy and compassion toward his patients, as for the manager she should be fired. Running a practice requires dealing with the concerns of patients and it is very clear that she could care less.I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this horrible practice.
Micheal Huver: Terrible experience at CNC, Dr Nigar Dargah-Zada is so dismissive, I didn't seem like she cared at all, she just went through a list of template questions that i was already asked twice in the forms i filled and the nurse that spoke to me before her. She sent me off to do some tests, no explained diagnosis, no explanation about the tests, I even had to look at the CNC website to get her name when scheduling tests cause there was barely any conversation.It seems i was just another patient in a daily exhausting routine, and I did not even feel attended too. She dismissed all my concerns about my condition, and was never attentive when I spoke. I am not looking for a therapist or someone to sit quiet and let me speak, but I left that clinic feeling like i was just thrown into some arbitrary tests with no explanation. I hope she changes, but this is definitely not the way to treat patients cause you have a doctorate.
