The Bar Room at The Beekman: what do users think?

Jessica Sun: Roasted chicken salad is inspired, rest of food was tasty too, really classic environment

Andrew Donoghue: Nice spot for casual fancy - whatever that means. Can grab a cocktail and chill on the couch. Or bring clients here to impress them. Nice vibe. Hotel upstairs atrium. Very nice cocktails. Service is great.

Gunnlaugur Fridrik Fridriksson: Service: 5/5

Alex Loja: It’s always an amazing experience and delicious food

Dorothy Lee: I had a reservation at temple court for dinner but grabbed a drink at the bar room before heading in. The bar tender was so knowledgeable and made me a great espresso martini. I thought I had made a reservation for the bar room but it’s a different menu than temple court. I will be back to try their seafood!

Abi N: What I fail to understand is the importance of service playing a major role in an establishment, I know that people do appreciate the taste of the cocktail or the food, but what they value the most is how they were treated when they visit a business!!! Please train your staff to be courteous if you want to successfully run a business!! Can’t emphasize enough on this factor!!

Rebecca Velic: The drinks were fantastic but the service could have been better.

Inn At Great Neck: what do users think?

Y.S B: Kids loved waffle-maker and the pleasant lounge in front. Keeping this as a reference

Thomas Yurkevich: Excessive noise, honking, and constant sirens. Strange fashion show happening on the 2nd floor, obstructing the hallways. I had to navigate through people trying on clothes just to reach my room.

Jessica Wasserman: We had a good experience with Inn at Great Neck! We had room block for our wedding, and the process to obtain the block was simple. We had a few hiccups in the beginning of the process, seemingly due to staff changes, but once new staff members took over, they were wonderful - very responsive to questions and flexible. We stayed in a bridal suite and they decorated our room with rose petals and gave us a champagne bottle, which were very nice touches. Thank you Inn at Great Neck!

Luis Rattia: Great customer service and neat facilities. Breakfast and valet parking included

Loren K: I was at The Inn At Great Neck for approximately 4 months from April-July 2020 and all I can say is that they were stellar in all regards. I was greeted with warm smiles that radiated genuine concern and empathy. The staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was not only safe but also emotionally uplifting. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest well-being were truly exceptional. The diligent efforts made to maintain a pristine environment were evident in every corner, from the meticulously sanitized rooms to the sanitization stations conveniently placed throughout the premises. I felt truly protected, allowing me to let go of the worries that burdened everyone during the pandemic. It was not just the physical safety measures that set The Inn At Great Neck apart; it was their unwavering dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that was phenomenal. The staff understood that their role extended beyond providing comfortable accommodations; they became beacons of compassion, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence when needed the most. They went out of their way to offer emotional support, extending kindness and understanding that surpassed the typical duties of hospitality. They reminded me that even in the face of adversity, there are still places where human connection and empathy thrive. While I’m personally still awaiting an invitation for their anual party I would give them more stars if I could.

Rudine Salvodon: Yesterday stayed was nice after not seeing me for almost 3 months it’s like I never left because everyone was so happy to see. Keenen greeted me with a welcome back hug that was so nice. Karen looks so happy to see me, Keenen, Jules, Yasmin and my wonderful guy bartender. Karen is such a caring, loving, curious, friendly, knowledgeable person. Her customer service is top of the line, Karen knows how to welcome customers and makes you want to come back. She always tried to meet customer expectations. When I’m at Inn at great neck it’s like leaving home to go to another home. The decor now it’s nice. I like the renovation in the rooms and the appearance as you entered the premises. Karen knows the place like the back of her hands. She should be promoted to a Manager if she is not one already. I really happy when she is there.Food & drinks: Drinks are wonderful.

Ebony Brown: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The ONLY nice thing about this hotel is the staff! This must be a staged room because nothing worked! The main room light switch doesn’t work, both room phones don’t work, and the microwave doesn’t work! Instead of offer me a different room, the concierge brought a second microwave! The thermostat doesn’t work EITHER!!! I was told there is no heat in the hotel because outside is not below 50!!!! They offered to being me a space heater!!!!! I am freezing keeping my jacket on as an iron deficient anemic!!!!! The TV remote randomly skips channels!!! I took a video of how horrible this room is! And insult to injury, there is NO parking! You have to valet your car, if you will not be able to move your car in the AM or pay metered parking. Valet is $16/night!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Tracy Rodriguez: Checked in today. Felix went above and beyond bringing ice out for my broken ankle and just being generally helpful. My king bedroom is large and clean. My mom's room has a faint smoke odor but they offered for her to switch rooms. My only feedback would be to have the cleaners who clean up after rude people who smoke in the rooms to do a more thorough job although it's a shame they even have to since it's clearly marked no smoking.

Kathie Cassidy: to valet to cleaning were very responsive and helpful. Clean, pleasant and comfortable! Would definitely return!Rooms: Great showerWalkability: Stores close by.Food & drinks: Coffee was good.

Claude R: Super Classy HotelRooms: Nice and CleanNearby activities: Cat calling hot chicks around

Women of Purpose Long Island: The Inn is the perfect place for a business meeting or quick getaway. Our group of 10 enjoyed the art deco accents and boutique feel of this gem of hotels in the heart of Great Neck. The staff was attentive and professional, our rooms were immaculate and quiet, and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast for a great rate. We look forward to our stay again next year at our annual event.Walkability: The location is in close proximity to shops and restaurants in the bustling town of Great Neck and is in walking distance of LIRR. Give yourself an extra 5-10 minutes for the valet car service when leaving town.
