P Girl: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PRINT JOBS. They lie and mislead. I sent them a print job on Feb 11. After many excuses they kept taking jobs on their website but 3 weeks later asked me to go t a FedEx or UPS because they were having issues with print jobs that were getting delayed. Their website says "rush custom printing same-day". Do not believe it. 3 weeks later, multiple emails and calls later, I still don't have my project. Please go elsewhere. Which is a shame because the first time I spoke to someone else, I got my portfolio printed and bound the same day. But speak to Victor, and he just isn't friendly and keeps making excuses. And please don't believe his response. I granted two email IDs access but he just kept making excuses and never printed my job. He is saying I didn't give him access but I did, both his email IDs. If that were the case it was simply remedied. Instead he said, sorry we are backed up after 3 weeks. I am taking my job to Copyland Center in the same neighborhood. And no I am not yelling, my letters aren't all caps. If you are going to make claims online about running a business but purely misleading customers, that is not acceptable.Edited to add: Copyland gave me my portfolio the same evening. Too bad I wasted my time on PrintMor.

I submitted my order a little after 2 pm and stressed how important the prints needed to be done the same day. Every other place I called wasn't able to offer help because it was so late in the day. Victor stayed past closing to ensure that I got my posters.Thank you so much, Victor & Print Mor. You really saved the meeting!

Michael Lin: Female Worker, who had glasses and a mask on is extremely rude. Understandable that work can be tough and you might not be in the best mood. She clearly is comfortable enough to be very condescending to customers. She was not provoked in any way considering most customers were just browsing around. What a shame and what a waste of energy on her end to be that rude.

Tiffany Washington: Do not go to this store unless you enjoy being racially profiled. I went with my daughter to get some new beads and the security guard was constantly trailing behind us at every turn. It didn’t matter where I was going or what aisle I was in, there he was. Eventually, I got so tired of it that I said, “why are you following me?” It was only at that point that he turned away from me but then just stood there pretending to busy himself with something on the shelf.
