The Terrible Teacher: Store was clean and very organized. Lots of big furniture pieces on sale or on clearance. I always find pretty and cool things. Not crowded at all, and lots of parking available.

Michela Worthington-Adams: I ordered a bunch of Yves Dolorme Sheets from this company. My order arrived missing several of the items. I tried for 6 weeks to get a refund for the missing items and could not get them to respond. I have now had to go through VISA to get my money back. I would not recommend shopping with this company.
Robert Lomison: I used to love this store! No more! Staff member in the dish area was extremely rude! I was not dressed in my Sunday best and she was totally unhelpful and spoke to me in a tone of arrogance. Happy to spend my money at a store that is customer friendly!
Jill Holt: It has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my order Monday and after a few days I checked the status. It had not been shipped it was awaiting fufillment. When I contacted customer service via chat they could not guarantee my delivery for Thanksgiving. Said they would email me in 24 to 48 hours. I asked them to cancel my order. Today I recieved an email that my order was shipping. I have already purchased what I needed elswhwere, with SUPERIOR, customer service. Now I am going to have to send back the cancelled order and try to get a refunf. Overall a torturous experience.

Michelle Cohen: Snooty customer service and unhelpful sales people. I bought a sectional from abc and the fabric got damaged. So I called to see if they can provide help on procuring fabric so I can repair. They didn't even bother looking into it. For the kind of money I spent I would have expected more friendly and helpful service. They act like they can't be bothered with. Overpriced and not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Mona P.: Well, I will say for all of you who have money to shop for some unusual and well made things for your home, and also for jewelry, go to ABC! I hadn't been back in years, and they no longer have an upstairs but they do have a downstairs, but I was going to lunch and didn't get the opportunity to look. It's a special place to get some of the best quality lamps, bedding, glasses, etc.Anyone looking for a unique gift should be able to find it here! I went around 'oohing and ahhing'! Lovely.

When my husband arrived and I was about to leave, an old lady she is supposed to be the manager at the store commented rudely saying "is that what you are here about, waiting for someone!" When I confronted her, she lied about it and said that I was talking to my colleague!!Although she was looking at me when she was talking. I would never visit the store again!
