Constansa Torrejon: Really bad customer service. I brought a ring to get one of the stones replaced last Saturday. I picked it up Tuesday and Wednesday the same stone was gone again. I went back to the store to see if they could help me but they were rude and argued the stone wasn't the same and they did a good job. I wasted my money with this place and even though it wasn't a very expensive ring it just show they do not care about customers at all.

C T: I was visiting New York. I had a Pandora bracelet that was too big. I went inside where two gentlemen were working in the store. I believe Albert and a nice looking African American man. They both were extremely helpful and made sure I was happy before leaving.

Jennifer H: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACe. I would not recommend this place. I decided to have my wedding band sized up to fit my index finger to move it over. As a widow my band is all the more important. When I picked it up and wore it I realized that all of a sudden the ring was snagging around the diamonds in two areas. I took it back and explained that this was never the case. It was smooth beforehand and I pointed out that the gold was chipped off in two areas of the diamonds encasement area. They buffed it and returned it to me and did not bother to fill in the small gaps of missing gold that occurred under their care. They refused to take responsibility and said that they couldn't add the gold unless I pay for the gold. I paid over $70 to have the ring sized up two sizes and they couldn't fill in two spaced they chipped off of gold. I will get the ring back to its original state elsewhere and this place will never get another dollar out me.They lost a customer who spent hundreds of dollars in past purchases for a few specks of gold. I hope it was worth it and will not be surprised when they go out of business.

Carl Dunn Ltd: Purchased a beautiful handmade white gold and diamond engagement ring for my now wife a few years back when on a break from the UK. I also had a deal with them on a nice watch at the same time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely visit when we’re back Xmas 2020.

Nino Dean: The store doesn’t have fixed working hours, they open and close random hours and some days they don’t open at all . I came few times to pick up my repair and the store was closed during weekdays and during working hours . Wasted my time and trips . Can’t rely on this place anymore .

He was all nice and friendly and helpful and she picked out a bracelet then he tried to take $50 too much from her until I spotted what he was doing. His friendliness ended there. I'm not saying don't use this place but watch your receipt and don't get overcharged.

Brian Moran: I’ve gotten my jewelry here for years and it was once a great experience. But after my visit on 2/8 this place has completely changed and lost a customer. We weren’t greeted and were treated like as if we didn’t know anything about jewelry and seemed like they were trynna take advantage of me and my girlfriend. The lady assisting us was RUDE the entire time. We were given a price tag of over 900 bucks for a less than 10g 14k gold bracelet. We asked to see the weight she refused and was given an estimate. We shared our opinion yet we weren’t able to negotiate yet only given more rudeness. After not being satisfied she rudely walked away and failed to assist us with looking at other options. Honestly really disappointed to see a once good jewelry store do downhill with my personal experience. People know the price of gold, people know that labor charge is included. People know that a profit has to be made. But to be completely dishonest and fail to at least negotiate was a big failure on the companies part. I went to the store right next to them “SANG SANG JEWELRY” and was greeted nicely. Treated with Respect and cared about the items I was seeking to buy. We left happy with a solid 14k gold bracelet 14grams for a bit over 600 which is great deal friendly service and no rudeness . So anyone reading this suggest taking your service to them.

Frankly the first time I was stopping by this store I was purely browsing but he showed his extensive knowledge of De Beers, the diamond and the design behind it so I purchased the item we love. I also came back again and bought a necklace which is the perfect gift for my girlfriend. Again Kuhurshid found me what I love because of his knowledge of jewelry.

Francis Liang: Kristin is superb. I visited a handful of stores on Madison Avenue and 5th for engagement ring, none of the sales associates were even close to Kristin in terms of knowledge, helpfulness, and warmth. We came back again for resizing, and wedding band, she was amazing throughout. DB is lucky to have her.

Upon entry, within sec's the man told us no entrance without proof of business license & also asked if we had a membership. Wouldn't even let us look around, kept saying we needed a license/membership which we have but I didn't understand why.they.demanded upon entry & view?!!! After reading some of the reviews I think we were racially profiled or discriminated against!

Dakia Frasier: Walked into this store today hoping to shop for my business. I was immediately bombarded by the man at the front desk. He asked if I had a membership because the policy had changed. I remember previously giving my TaxID and business info before with a different person. So I told him I may be on file. Instead of looking me up, he very hastily suggests that I go to their other store. I asked him what was difference between stores? With no explanation provided, he asks me if I have a business. I reiterate to him again that in FACT have a business and if he would bother to look it up he would see that. He then demands that I show him my taxID, and in the same breath, shoos me away to another store. I told him I wouldn’t be giving business to any of their stores. He was obviously RACIST and had no interest in assisting me or anyone that looks like me. If you’re black don’t even bother !

Chrisie Styles BoutiQue: When you first walk in you're asked if you have a membership. If not, they'll give you one that day! If they feel like it. The lady said she would give me a temporary one. Which I felt was a waste of time. But when I was ready to check out, she decided to give me the normal membership card. This is good, it.keeps the retail shoppers out! As I was perusing through the aisles, one of the guys that works there told me that they had all of the more "urban" earrings in the middle aisle. So once I found my way over there, I felt profiled because it was all of the very large faux bamboo and door knocked earrings known to be worn by African Ameicans in the late 80's & 90's. Although some, not all were from that era. That wasn't what I came there for. This is why they got 4 stars. I did pick up some very unique earrings that my customers love. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and somewhat helpful. I will go back again just because I think they have the hottest earrings in the district.

Aleksandr Sleptsov: In the middle of NY they make people wait for 10+ minutes just for the sake of it, there is no real reason. Humiliate your clients and discourage them from buying - impressive strategy. If not for my gf, would never have bought from them ever.

I wanted to buy the Smile necklace and the mini love ring, however, due to the poor customer service I decided not to buy anything. I specifically wanted to buy something at Tiffany's in NYC b/c of the image and experience it brings. However, since none of that was being delivered, I just didn't spend my money there. Went to another brand and dropped by money there!

Unfortunately, the length of the necklace wasn't suitable for me, so I asked the representative if it was possible to have it modified. The representative assured me that it could be done and promised that the process would take less than a week. Since I needed the necklace for a special event, I found the timeline acceptable and proceeded to pay nearly $900 for it.My excitement for the necklace quickly turned into disappointment as the first week passed without any updates, messages, or emails from the sales representative. I tried contacting the store during their business hours, but my calls went unanswered. Frustrated, I reached out to Tiffany's Client Advisor through a message. When I provided them with my order number, their initial response was baffling: "Did you not leave with the item?" I found this question ridiculous, as I had clearly explained my situation. After further explanation, the advisor finally provided some "useful" advice, saying, "If you do not hear anything by late next week, please contact us via chat or phone."During the second week, I still received no updates regarding the necklace. Once again, I messaged the Client Advisor, recounting my experience. Surprisingly, they didn't even ask for my order number but suggested I call the Client Center. I decided to make the call, and fortunately, the representative there was able to check my order. She informed me that the necklace couldn't be adjusted and that it was being sent back to the store. This revelation left me confused and extremely disappointed. Throughout the two-week period, I had invested my emotions and hopes into something I would never receive. Moreover, the representative at the calling center instructed me to wait until the sales representative was working, so he could reach out to me. However, after I left the store, he hadn't sent me a single message.Considering the multitude of jewelry stores in the world, it is advisable to choose one that offers better quality and customer service. On my 18th birthday, my parents gifted me a Tiffany ring, and ever since, I held the brand in high regard. However, the experiences of the past two weeks have left me utterly disgusted by the brand and its customer service. I strongly urge others to seek alternatives that provide better quality and customer satisfaction.
