Kris Stone: Awesome!!! Finally a neighborhood wine shop with intelligent people making an incredible world of wine!Swarm swarm!New ownership so forgive the past! I’m serious it’s lovely now.
Kassandra Medina: So the person at the front desk HUNG UP ON ME MID-CALL, because I was kindly asking if the manager was there. Don’t ever work for this company. Ever. They don’t know how to treat anyone but themselves right. A complete toxic, inconsistent work environment, and they are known for not paying their employees. Bad, bad news to get involved with this place. Terrible service, terrible work environment, just an overall big regret.Maria or Micheal or if anyone sees this, please, call me. I still need my check.
Aitsana Moukaeva: .
Shi Tang: Terrible customer service. Asked to see their selection of burgundy wines, the male sommelier had to ask his colleague where that was, they proceeded to show us a single bottle randomly placed on a shelf. Couldn’t believe that was all they had to offer. Proceed to just have a look round the shop and turns out they have a selection of fine burgundy wines in a small separate room that they did not even think to show us, don’t know if that was just them assuming by looks that we could not afford those. But anyway, once we start looking in that room the guy keeps following us around, insisting for us to buy and try HIS favourite wines in another section… just an unenjoyable experience. They have some good prices for some of the finer burgundies, but for the experience of shopping there I’d rather not bother again.
Alexandria Dancy: Leaving one star because I cannot leave ZERO. Their treatment of non-white customers and employees is flat out RACIST. from discriminating against employees hair to following around BLACK/POC customers. Abhorrent. Go find a better wine shop with nicer managers and a better representation of what wine culture should be.
Megan Kate: Racist shop. They do not treat all customers equally and are even worse to their staff-hiring and firing without considering employees as PEOPLE. Terrible wine selection on top of that too.
Akiah Brown: Disgusting to know that in such an eclectic establishment like Chelsea Market that this company, Chelsea wine co, would be the opposite of what the market embodies. Learning that the General Manger, Mickey and managers Micheal and Amelia would fire an employee because of his natural HAIR is just absolutely disgusting and infuriating. It’s discrimination and racist. I will never shop here again. And will never refer anyone to shop here. Think twice before you spend money is an establishment that doesn’t care about what their employees do for the company, but what their hair looks like when it’s not straightened and what it looks like coming out of a Black Mans hair follicle. Get over yourselves.
Olivia Fowora: Providing a review based on this organizations discriminatory hiring practices. My friend was fired due to hair discrimination. Please do not support this organization as they are clearly discriminatory against black people and look to avoid hiring black people with natural Afros or natural hair.
Ryan Siller: Staten Island represent
Jorge Bobby: Worst place to order from.
kevin toral: Great wine variety!
Ever Padilla-Ruiz: Good place

Chris Paine: Very poor experience here with their wine class. Classes are expensive - between me and my date, I spent $120. We went to learn about Spanish wines and over the time, we did not learn a single thing about Spanish wine. I know not a single thing about the country or any regions after this class. The teacher leading the session admitted from the get go that he specializes in Italian wine and it showed - the whole class was just simple general basics that are region-agnostic. The whole time, the teacher gave me extremely light pours compared to some of the others at the table, and I even had to speak up as he forgot my date for one pour. This was frustrating as the teacher made a joke that he likes to leave more for himself after pouring everyone’s glasses. The teacher didn’t even touch on smell or tasting notes of the wines we were trying. All in all, I found this a frustrating experience - I did not at all get what I paid for.
Jay Choi: I called Sat night to ask if they had a French Whiskey i was looking for. Unlike 5 other places that didn’t even know what it was, they had it delivered to my door in no time. Thanks Kevin for a great customer service.
Sapna Pathak: I just picked up 2 bottles of wine from here today and the guys are super sweet and are really helpful ; glad to bump into this store and picked the wine .
Ellias Mallon: and Triage is as good a wine store, if not better, as I have experienced.Real knowledge - attitude = CLASS. They have it!
Chris Wilkins: Best wine store in the UES
Katherine Gross: My favorite local wine & spirits store - a unique selection and extremely knowledgeable staff. Recommend their wine club as well!
Sharon Garrett: Suggestions and knowledge about wines amazing. Customer service beyond wonderful. Selections were great! I found my new go to place and people!
Clara DeLuca: We had a virtual wine class with Eric for my future mother in laws birthday and it was fabulous! We had folks in Colorado and folks in NYC and it was so great that we had the same wine, that paired with cheese and it felt like we were all together. Eric is extremely knowledgeable, fun, and explains everything very well! He really brought us all together and it was so fun to do this class virtually! Manon is super responsive and I highly recommend this class!
Andrew Morrison: My wife and I set up a virtual wine tasting with Eric and it was fantastic. Eric answered all our our group's questions and even got in on some of the good natured ribbing. We've been long time customers of Le Grand Triage and think it's the best wine store on the UES. Plus, they deliver nationwide! Can't wait for the next class. Oh, and we can't forget about Manon. She helped ensure that everyone's orders got to their location on time and in one piece!
Jereme Bivins: Le Grand Triage is the best wine/whiskey store in the neighborhood, bar none. We've never been disappointed in a bottle purchased here, especially if we take the recommendation from one of their expert staff. We joined their wine club a few years ago and, likewise, have been delighted by every bottle that's arrived at our door. Plus, the wine and whiskey classes have been incredibly helpful in introducing us to new bottles and varietals and what qualities we should look for in a whiskey based on our tasting preferences.Whether picking up a bottle of wine or whiskey for home or as a gift, this is the best place in the Upper East Side.
Victoria Lussier: Le Grand Triage is my absolute favorite wine store in the entire world!!! Eric and Manon are amazing people, incredibly knowledgeable and make their shop feel like home. Eric’s classes are always so fun - in the past when they were in person AND we’re doing one together on Zoom tomorrow! As a part of the voyage wine club, the 2 bottles we get a month are always so interesting and different than what I would normally buy on my own, but there hasn’t been a single one I haven’t enjoyed. 10/10 love you guys!!!!
Meredith Lynch Hadziabulic: The online wine class was wonderful! Had so much fun with a quarantine date night of drinking great wines and learning about them. Thank you so much Eric!
Ingrid Reichert: I can't express enough how much I love this place! I came to know them through their wine tasting classes, which I LOOOVE - I've attended to 5+ classes in the store and now during the pandemic online through zoom. Eric is an outstanding Somm and the greatest thing about him is that he makes it so much fun to learn the ins and outs of wine. Such an enjoyable experience! You can tell he loves what he does, and, it's really inspiring to be in touch with that wether is through taking the classes, shopping in the store or unwrapping the wine club box every month. Their staff is very friendly, very professional and I feel a sense of community whenever I'm in touch with them. This is my way of experience and learning about wine and I will be forever a Le Grande Triage advocate!
Stephanie Lang: This place is amazing. All of the staff are so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I've never had a bad recommendation. They are still providing amazing services even during quarantine! I have had 2 deliveries from them so far, and did a zoom wine tasting class with Eric, the owner, and a group of friends. We had an absolute blast! Eric was so down to earth and hilarious, taught us useful information about wine and answered all of our crazy questions. This was the perfect activity to help you escape for a few hours during these crazy time. Overall 5 stars for this place even during a pandemic!
Matthew Lombardi: The virtual wine classes with Eric are great! He's a wealth of knowledge, and really engages with those attending. And the wines are outstanding! A really fun experience.
Diana Schumacher Walsh: . My husband and I recently did a virtual Zoom class with them, too, and we had a blast. So much so that we're going to do another one! We love Le Grand Triage.
William Haney: Have loved the store and the passion that Eric and his team put into everything they do. But Eric took it to a new level with a private Zoom tasting - he picked great wines and walked us through them remotely - fabulous way to enjoy and learn in these remote days. Thanks to him and his event lead Manon for making it a great event
Emma Finder: Whether you are a wine novice or an amateur sommelier, this shop is a wonderful place to get great wine and learn a ton. I've taken classes here for years -- they're always fun and educational, with generous pours and good wines. Eric is a wonderful teacher who can answer your obscure question about Bordeaux, then answer your neighbor's question about why they can't call all bubbly "Champagne." Every time I come in here, there are new wines to try, many from smaller winemakers and producers that you wouldn't get at a big store, and always delicious. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and community here -- RUN, DON'T WALK, TO LGT!!
