Krishna Sudarshan: I’ve seen better condominiums in New York City and elsewhere. The architecture is all right and the residents are mostly young. But I’ve rather have that than fuddieduddies. The location is excellent. Does get a little lonely during weekends. Post pandemic there has been a visible decline in the quality.

Behzad Taimur: What a building! Love the anesthetics! Very iconic building. Interiors are even better. Location is great too. Hardly anything negative I can think of. Pricey? Yes definitely! Pricier than most other comparable ones even in the neighborhood. But you get what you pay for!!
janet rodriguez: If I could give zero stars I would! It’s terrible! Mask rules not enforced, people literally pushing their way into elevators without masks, threatening children and elderly folks. Contractors don’t wear masks and unless u say something to building personnel who are more than aware and say nothing, they are allowed to roam freely without masks. It’s terrible. I know of no other building downtown on this scale. It’s disgusting and I can’t wait to leave!
