From day one she made me feel confident that I would meet my goals and we did! Martin Grimwood: , I needed consistency and I wanted to connect with a practitioner who approached health from a holistic perspective. Jen offered resources and support in all of these areas and more. Jen is incredibly organized and "structure is freedom" - as they say. Jens meticulous session notes, her follow ups and attention to detail provides great terms of reference whilst between sessions. Jen is warm and she listens so I always felt safe to share my experiences - for me, this was essential. Jen knows her stuff and works with you to tailor a custom approach rather than approaching nutrition from a 'one size fits all' perspective - this was also a philosophy and approach that I wanted to work with and Jen is great at it. I'd like to highly recommend Jen. She's a terrific practitioner/counselor and I'm very grateful having found her service and worked with her.

R L: Prior to meeting Jen, I relatively ate healthy and exercised on a daily basis, but still couldn't determined the unexplainable imbalanced my body was experiencing. Knowing this situation would of eventually become a hinderance to my health/fitness journey, I couldn't go any further in doing it alone, without seeking the guidance of a nutritionist- a Holistic Nutritionist, at best. I chose the 3 months program, and must stated it was worth the investment. With Jen's guidance, I have gained an array of knowledge about food, esp " Healthy" foods-that my body was sensitive to, which was the reason for the imbalanced. I am leaving the program eating better than I'd ever done before, healthier, and finally started to see more muscle definitions, yay! Thanks Jen! you're definitely a saving grace!

Frank Grant: I tried all type of programs to lose weight and more specifically fat and they all worked, up to a point. I couldn't get below a certain weight and unfortunately I didn't feel better with more energy, as you're suppose to when losing weight. I simply didn't feel healthier. I found NYC Health & Nutrition while searching of Google for a solution and I gave it. try because it is close to my work and was convenient. I know is hard to believe, as it still is for me too, but I didn't only lose that stubborn weight, but I also felt a lot better with an incredible energy. The program is very easy to follow, but you need consistency and trust the process. For me, the key was the food I was already eating, bio-available food supplements, workout and 100% mindset. If you really want to reach your health results, give it a try, but don't do it if you are not ready to do it 100%.
