Ali Azad: Parts guy tried to sell me an alternator for $600. When I seem surprised, he brought it down to $465. I called another local Toyota dealer and they quoted $465 right away. Hillside is marking up prices inappropriately. Do your homework. Don’t buy from them.

Sabiha Ahmed: I went to Hillside Toyota to purchase some parts and was assisted by a woman who ultimately gave me a bad service. She was rude and frankly, was not knowledgable about anything that had to do with cars nor parts. At this point, I was ready to leave and find business elsewhere but luckily I met another salesperson named Sha. He basically saved the day for me and assisted me with everything I needed. He’s knowledgeable and very polite. I would definitely come back and would recommend him to others.
