Sami Syed: Everything is a bit expensive for the quality here but that might just be inflation. Customer service is phenomenal, give those people raises. The sizing at this store is all over the place. I think they design some items to fit baggy or tight, but I would prefer real sizings, and that they just let customers decide on the "fit" of the item.

Alane: One of the BEST experiences I've had shopping at a Free People store location!!! Jenny, Kristina, Allison were absolutely fabulous!!!! They were so pleasant, engaging, accommodating and professional!!!!This was my 2nd time shopping at a store location in NY and they made me feel very welcomed. I was able to return some online purchases and buy some great new items in store as well!The other store Associates were also great! I was warmly greeted at door and immediately offered assistance. Each section I visited, had a personable Associate willing and ready to help. The selections were also awesome and much better than the other NY locations I'vevisited. Great shoe section as well! I was able to buy a cute pair of yellow mules.I would definitely recommend shopping at this location!!!!
