Jim Spyro: For a pool supply store, they are surprisingly lacking on pool supplies. Went in to buy chlorine for my pool, and they didn't have neither liquid nor chlorine tablets... they also scoffed at me when I told them about my "smaller" sized pool. I guess they only care to cater to customers with larger pools.
Connie Pace: Called during regular hours tried 8 tomes on 2 hours noone picks up the phone.I do not live in the area and called to see if the item I needed they had. Unfortunately staff cant be bothered.

PSthefirst1: Pool water looked great when I went here to have the water tested before I swam. Just wanted to have them check it out. Kid told me my alkalinity was low. Kid that worked here sold me “total alkalinity” told me to put the whole thing in and shock the pool. Well I did and it made my water lime green. Went back the next day only to be told they never saw this before. Total inexperience of this kid cost me more money in chemicals and lost time using my pool. I would not recommend taking pool advice from these people. Buying equipment and products is one thing but inexperienced teens should NOT give pool chemical advice. Not only is it costly but could be dangerous for the customer using the chemicals. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Ka Ren: While having our pool closed, Danny who did our job, caused our circuit breaker to get tripped. He ran a commercial air blower and water pump to drain the water out on outlets connected to the same breaker. This is a 50amp breaker switch, and it still tripped. He told me something tripped and we needed to check and reset the breaker. Without any luck, I asked him to fix it because you guys messed it up or else I am not paying. He told me he is not an electrician, he did not blow it up, and the other switch is working. He said I would need to get an electrician to see what is wrong with it. After he said that, I got very angry because he was trying to pass off that this is not his problem or responsibility to fix it when he caused the issue, and there were no apologies at all. He said he is not going into people’s houses with COVID-19. But then why is his entire team not wearing masks for the entire job at all if using that excuse? So we were yelling for a bit and he yelled even louder than me as customer and his facial expressions look like he wants knock me down. At the end of the day, he finished closing the pool with all the power to the outdoor outlets and pool equipment not working. We ended up paying in full. I am very disappointed with his attitude. I am considering to look for another pool contractor next year. If no issue, he is fine. If there is an issue, he will pass it off as not his problem without an apology and just tell you to find someone to fix it. Luckily, I got a friend to come over and fix the electrical issue.

Larry Goldberg: I walked in to get my water tested and the lady at the front asked me if I had an appointment? There wasn’t any customer in the store and no one waiting to get their water tested . Like Covid is over what’s the point of a pool store like we need an app to get water tested that only takes them 5 minutes to do. It’s not a doctors office and Covid is over . Fix your business I’m sure it’s on a decline ever since you started this process. I’m never coming back here again .

Raymond Schneider: We love Matt, Chris, and Joe. Our inground pool was installed last August and we are finally enjoying it since our stone patio and coping were installed. The pool is beautiful, the process was great from beginning to end and we are looking forward to our first full season enjoying it. They were very hands-on and replied to all our questions and concerns as this was our first pool and an entirely new process for us. We love that this is a multi-generational family business. The post-construction deep clean to remove all the debris that fell in from the stonework was a great service. The store team has been really helpful with water testing and fielding questions and educating us on the process. It's been fun getting used to maintaining the salt pool and it's been pretty easy. And costs of seasonal chemicals to balance and adjust the water has been pretty inexpensive. Thanks G&S!
Gina Mcneil: Have always had problems when opening my pool it would always take me so long to get it going throwing hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals in..the owner in G&S told me to throw a gallon of liquid shock in December and than again in April and since doing that it has been taken me a lot less money and time when opening my pool …I also purchased a new cover last year from them ..they only had the more expensive ones in stock but I was told it was a good one..well I just took my cover off and my pool was crystal clear ..thank you G&S!

They used to be my favorite people to go to from back in the 90’s when I had my above ground pool. It’s just too bad that they don’t do in ground pools.
William Northgrave: Brian put a retractable awning up for us. 6 months later I forgot to retract - of course that night we had horrific winds that took trees down all over the area. The awning pulled away slightly. Within a few days of calling Holly Hill, Brian came out & fixed it - it was my fault but It was fixed without charge. These people stand behind their work & I encourage you to give them your business!
