    Becky Griffin: The store manager needs to be fired ASAP. I called the store yesterday to confirm if the email says pick up by 7/14 — I can still pick it up on that day — today. An hour ago I was emailed my order was canceled cause it wasn’t picked up!!! Now I’m told one of my shoes are sold out. Can’t reorder. So, the store manager took my shoes to sell for commission or something DESPITE a customer service manager confirming they had no justification cancelling my order!!!! I’m still on the line now, for 40 minutes as they attempt to locate my order.Clearly there is no communication in the store cause i called yesterday, and that’s the manager’s fault too. But canceling my order?!Never giving DSW my money ever again. Might pop in the store just so this person has to look me in the face and explain why they stole my shoes to sell to somebody else.What an incompetent lowlife
