Sue Wen: Staff were stoned or just couldn’t be bothered. One even gave me wrong product information, it’s laughable. It’s basically run by kids. Great sales section though!!! Just don’t expect any service.
Video special: My daughter and I took the subway for 2.5 hours to come to this store and were happy to get a sticker, but the manager said I could only get the sticker and couldn't spend it. Although I was wearing Patagonia dress pants all over my body. Maybe I'm Asian.
