In the entire store they didn't have a single pair for running shorts of size M.Look through your inventory, please. I didn't even ask for specific model - just for any pair. Hope there is no shortage of running shorts in the country

The prices are incredibly affordable, and the staff is friendly. The only bad part is the possibility of longer lines especially to get into the store.

Vincent Picciuto: Absurdly bad experience. I was given gift cards for Father’s Day, but couldn’t get them to work on the web site. When I called Paragon, I was told they have zero balances and a manager would call me tomorrow. Never got a call. I called them back a couple of days later and was told the same thing. Never got a call. I called back a few days later and was told the same thing. Never got a call. A few days later I called a fourth time and was told, once again, that a manager would call me back. Never got a call. The person who purchased them called and was told the same thing. They never got a call back either. I will never shop here and neither will they.

I was looking for a pair of shoes for an upcoming trip and he spent a lot of time giving me advice and options, it took quite a while but with his patience and care we eventually got there! Highly recommend him if your ever in that store.

I bought my 18 yo a bday gift at Paragon. Tom the sales guy has got you covered. His “Noo Yawk” accented suggestions were spot on, I opted for blue instead of pink wraps, as I am not prone to holiday hyperbole.

How to Make Dominos Akira: Not a customer focused org. that justifies sky high prices relative to online purchase. Just tried to return kids skiis a few weeks after their arbitrary deadline. Nope. No refund period despite the fact that all they will do is store them until next year. I mentioned that our family purchases thousands of dollars per year here. The manager was unmoved. Justifiable from their perspective? Perhaps. Deserving of future business. Not a chance. DO definitely check out amazon for any purchase before going. Also, ski rentals are cheaper upstate. Bye Bye Paragon!

Luis Lake: Terrible service. It took me forty five minutes to go through the process and finding a member of staff to check if the sneakers on display were in stock. The whole thing was disorganized, she seemingly gave up and didn’t bother to tell me, when I followed up she rudely told me they don’t have the sneakers in stock. They have a great selection here but the store seems to be designed to make it as difficult as possible to buy something.
Aboudi Temsah: I was extremely disappointed because I asked 'Junior' the sale man, to try a paire of shoes for my daughter after 15 minutes he didn't came and after asking for the shoes he told him that he does not have them. I think this is extremely not professional to make me wait for nothing. And after he asked me to go out of the shop!!!! Wish that the manger of the shop will do the necessary.
