Brianna glover: Over a month ago I received a 30 minute feature focus service and decided to have my eyeshadow done. What I wanted is not what the final look was. Although I was told the look I wanted would take longer than 30 minutes the makeup artist could have tried to make it look as close to the look as best as they could with the time given. Instead, the makeup artist had already decided on a palette even though the look I wanted was a silvery glitter cut crease. And yet I’m sure that there are makeup artists that could achieve a 30 minute cut crease. I was being kind so I didn’t want to tell the artist that I didn’t like the look. The makeup artist was also kind but they definitely need makeup artists that don’t do what they want on your face… I honestly could’ve done my makeup better at home and saved money.

malika lankoande: A nice selection. However for the size of the store it seems like their shoes selection is less nice than the location next to Jay street or the one in Kings Plaza. They do have more lingerie and make up/perfume than other Macy's.
Dawn Girard: Beautiful store to see, very busy especially during the Holidays.
Wolf Gugler: Very nice flagship store, all seven floors of it. The escalators are in great condition, store is impeccably merchandised with plenty of staff.

Orlagh D: EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. Due to the euro exchange, there wasn't any value for money unfortunately however you do get you discount at the till of you have your passport so there's some perks too. Huge store, lovely staff.

Krystina Cruz: I went back in June 2021 after almost 2 years not visiting left the state. To find out the Manhattan mall has been temporarily shutdown. And that JCPenney is permanently closed at this location. I'm going to miss JCPenney at this location it was convenient as on my train line.

I did a 5min mini and my MUA was alright but the women who was doing my friends eyeshadow, said I had a monolid LOL I’m not going to play the race card... I’ll assume she just has poor judgement. But next time she should go on google and see what a monolid is. If I was an uniformed client I would’ve brushed it off but you cannot be telling people out here they got no eye lids when I have a visible crease line and have a double eyelid 🤦🏼♀️ What she said was ignorant borderline racial bias.
Egzplanta Deco: I do not recommend this one, I bought a fenty foundation with the help an associate and when I tried it full face at home it was noticeably a shade lighter! Mind you the whole time she was patch testing it on my face, she started with a super fair foundation and was surprised it didn't blend... but when she tried the tan foundation she was shocked that it was my colour...Was it because she assumed Asians are lighter? I'm a Pacific Islander so I'm naturally tan but sis need to work on their customer service.But in the end that wasn't even my color either! I have never encountered this, I'm going to union square or soho Sephora next time 😩

Angela Montolio: . The lady at the perfume section acted like I was going to steal something, meanwhile I told her I was a nurse. Just because I’m young and dressed a certain way doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated this way. Wouldn’t let me hold my Sephora bag with the items I wanted to purchase until another sales associate was walking with me. I ended up making a purchase over $200. I would not return to this location again.
