If you are shopping Clark’s make sure to do it here.The 3rd avenue store in Manhattan in contrast was absolutely terrible with rude staff who lied to my face and refused to help me with a simple matter. The Original G: This has the potential to be a New York must go to location due to it's proximity to Carnegie Hall , Columbus Circle and Central Park. The Men's Store has seemingly gotten it,but the main store which notably handles women's , children's and homegoods along with the gastro delight Wolf . The Nordstrom experience doesn't seem to translate into a New York experience.The service is lacking with the exception of one employee I encountered named Barbie on the second floor Designer floor . Class act who knows how to take care of the quintessential New Yorker expecting expert quality service. No surprise Valentino recognized her to represent their line. Thank you Barbie for loving your job and being passionate to helping your clientele.Valentino no longer represented here Barbie now represents the Burberry line. Great selection and once again this talented associate Barbie assisted me guiding me through the latest and greatest that Burberry has to offer. The new Burberry product is not your Mother's Burberry!Don't understand why this store is open so late? Recently went in to take advantage of the later night hours than Saks and Bergdorf offer, but the scammers and grifters that gravitate to the store at that time are not people that I care to be shopping with. Update on Wolf... not as good as when it first opened. A shame!
