Nani Duffy: Been shopping at this store for years. Since 2015 to be exact. I recently had an issue with an order I placed in store where I was given the wrong information. I called in and was placed on several long holds by a woman who claimed to be the manager. She was so rude and nasty and in no way accommodating. A lot of the information she claimed she was not able to provide I found in no time. She clearly did not want to look or had an compassion for the fact that my daughters graduation is on Monday and my package is time sensitive. I'll keep shopping online but won't be visiting this store anymore because a woman such as this manager makes it so easy for you to come out of character. I hope corporate see's this. I asked her , her name 3 times before she hung up on me and she never provided her name. Just a number for customer service. The old manager was AMAZING. I don't know who this new manager is or if she's even a manager but she needs to be put back in training. I'm annoyed that there isn't a 0 stars option.

Angela Chen: The store itself has great clothes, but the customer service is terrible. I walked in to purchase something and asked if there were more in the back since the one they had out was dirty. The lady seemed annoyed and after checking said that was all they had. I asked if there were any in other sizes and she told me to check myself...there weren’t any other customers there. She then proceeded to say at this price point, it’s the only presentable thing. It was a super rude remark to make and I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere
Justin Kang: Just stopped by the Flatiron location to pick a gift for our friend’s son. The female associate was rude, refused to help and did not get up once from the desk. One item did not have a price tag on it and when asked what the price was answered ‘There is price tag.’ Sometimes it befuddles me when associates in the service industry has zero manners and etiquette.

Clara Cambon-Thiebaud: as I wanted to support the store shopping in person after they closed during the pandemic. Upon entering the store I had the feeling to disturb the staff. When I inquired about the price of the item I was looking for, I received a very cold response saying that the item was not on sale in store, which I understand can happen. No further help was offered to guide a potential purchase or to understand my needs.The person made me feel like if she was looking down on me, perhaps because she labeled me as a bargain shopper: quelle horreur! It's a shame as I am a good client of this brand. As a French person with a lifelong history with this brand I want to say: this is New-York, a different kind of service is expected here. I will keep shopping online, as least my laptop is helpful and doesn't look down on me :
