Carol Henry: This UWS Broadway location is closing in a few weeks. Clearance sales but not much left. Sorry to see this place go. Not as big as other locations but convenient and good selection.
Sam Liebowitz: Not much worthwhile stuff left and they don't let you use coupons now.

Holiday Haber: In general I really like this place. Good stock, good prices, very convenient. Some very, very nice sales, and an excellent return policy. The Harmon brand goods are terrific, too, and often quite inexpensive, though not always.The staff is also lovely. Super helpful.The crazy thing here is the fake clearance shelves in one endcap. While some items are actually reduced, many are in grungy condition but still display the original price on a big orange sticker designed to look like a clearance sticker. Beware!

Sally: SO CONVENIENT! I didn’t know this was an option as pick up! I work in this area so it was so wonderful to pop by on my break and be able to pick up things I had ordered. There is also an area to try things on before you leave. I love how seamless everything was.

Shelley P.: First, this isn’t an actual store, so yes as another reviewer mentioned, it’s misleading. I went here to pick up an online order from Nordstrom Rack, and the gal that helped me was annoyed and impatient and treated me noticeably different than the girls ahead of me who she was cheerful and friendly with. So unprofessional and it seemed like blatant discrimination. Not something I’d expect at a store like Nordstroms. Disappointing experience.
