Lee Ann Paglia: Was double charged for furniture and company would not refund duplicate charge. Watch your invoice. If they call you back and tell you they forgot to add a piece of furniture. Make sure they tear up the old receipt.

John Castrillon: Bilal was extremely helpful and offered me a great price on a dresser. The dresser itself was very well made and sturdy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone living in the Astoria/Long Island City area
Rich Munoz: The Worst. They don't take responsibility of they sell. I bought a dresser and the drawer sliders fell the moment I put clothes in, I went back three time and they keep telling me that someone will come to my house and fix it. It's been two months and nothing!Don't buy from them!!

I had problem with product delivery deadline, they said I should wait, that's it! James, seller, screening on the phone and refuse to cancel the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT STORE!!!

NoteAndroid: invited to visit Steinway with my life time best friend, a Julliard grad concert pianist. We were welcomed, and received with professionalism and pleasantry. Sales staffs were well knowledge on the needs of a professional pianist and took time to educate me, a classical piano music lover. Small factory with amazing people and amount of works put into making a piano. Just amazing to see from a simple piece of wood selection into a full grand concert piano. You'll need half a day as a visitor or perhaps a full day as a buyer to sock yourself into the marvelous factory.

Jean Steele: The YouTube videos are better than the actual tour. We only heard about 1/3 of the tour guide's comments because the factory was so loud and we're not that old! He had some good stories to tell, but I wanted to see how the intricate parts of the piano were made, not just the furniture part. I don't feel we had enough time to stay and watch the workers at each station.
Gisel A Costa: I was studying piano tuning and this is a lovely place to get to see how Steinway produces their pianos. I feel every pianist/musician needs to come here. It's great to see the different stages of building a piano to the tuning stage. We met and saw lovely wood crafts and saw beautiful, intricate designs for pianos as well. There is a wait to book to go - so definitely sign up sooner. They provide the goggles to walk around the factory and there's a tour guide who is happy to answer your questions.
