Ethan Levy: The bathroom was one of the worst I’ve ever been in; no soap and it smelled like it had never been cleaned. My grande coffee was only filled three quarters of the way and the barista’s only solution was to add more milk to a coffee that was already 80% milk. Overall poor service and nothing worth spending your money on. The only good thing about this place is that, with all the crowds, the drinks were ready fairly quickly.
O S: They are never open until 10pm like they say. I try to come by after work and they are closed 20-30 minutes early on a regular basis. They either need to change their hours online or actually stay open and do their job.

Wanda Baez: To begin with, the employees did not have their name tags on, horrible customer service and a bad attitude. everything happens because they are in a hurry to close, I can understand the desire to go home, but that is not a reason for them to leave customers waiting for 20 minutes for two measly drinks, also the workers were having problems with each other, while there were people waiting for their orders, it is very unfortunate that they have such a bad performance in doing their job. John N: The store layout is really nice, that's pretty much it.Went in at 8:20pm on July 22nd to order an espresso martini and a whiskey cold brew. The server came by at 8:42 to inform us the bar is closed downstairs and they no longer can make our drink. She then told us to go upstairs to the restaurant to grab the drinks. Sure no problem, when we got upstairs to the bar we were then informed the bar is closed and to go back downstairs to get the refund. Why am I the customer running around back and forth to get my drink or to process my refund. So we went downstairs to process the refund and did not receive any apology. This is by far the worst customer service I have received being a long time Starbucks customer.By the way, they also charge a 10% gratuity.Stay away!
