Clairmont Cummings: DO NOT BOOK HERE - if there was an option for 0 stars it would certainly be appropriate. I was essentially charged for a service that was never administered. Sacred created a solid first impression, good enough that I decided to rebook them for a followup treatment. This is where the issue begins - while making the reservation, there was some back and forth about the available times. I requested march 3rd but the reservation was booked for February 25th. Not sure where the miscommunication occurred but never the less, the receptionist was super helpful and I was able to rebook for the next day at 11:45AMNow, the next day, I was in my uber on my way to the appointment for 11:45. I received a missed call at 11:13 from scared and a text message at 11:15, stating my appoint began at 11:AM.I didn’t see the messages right away but when I took note of them, I called sacred immediately and this this is where if I could give them a DOUBLE ZERO rating I wouldThe receptionist whose name I believe is Marianne was the most condescending, rude, unaccountable client facing person I’ve ever encountered. She was unhelpful, defensive and very dismissive from the get go. Even the people in the car with me couldn’t believe how condescending and rude she was.To add insult to injury, she charged me a cancellation fee of $220 for an error that 100% occurred on their end. There is NO communication for March 1st between Scared and the client that indicated any appointment was made for 11AM. This was the second time I’ve been scheduled incorrectly by Sacred and frankly, 'Marianne' escalated the the entire situation by not even considering the possibility that an error could have been made on their end. The way this was handled was unprofessional. I wouldn’t advise anyone to spend their dollars here given how many other great medi spa providers they are out there with impeccable customer service.

I’ve never seen my nose so clean and clear. I suffer from deep blackheads on my nose and chin and she managed to get them all out without hurting me. My face looks and feels soo supple and radiant. For sure never going to let anyone other than lily touch my face again. The spa itself is GORGEOUS, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the gorgeous live plants and the delicious essential oil smell. Overall I had an amazing experience and will return again and again!

Eddie greeted me with a friendly smile and hot tea! I scheduled for an appointment for a facial, brow/lash tint and brow shaping. The room was so relaxing with the perfect lighting, amazing smells and calming music. Eddie made me feel very comfortable. He was gentle, knowledgeable and experienced. I am very sensitive and normally don't deal with extractions well but Eddie was awesome. He apparently has a magic touch! Also, my eyebrows and lashes look perfect! He formulated the perfect color for my eyebrows and shaped them beautifully. I also stocked up on my acne face wash and dermagel to keep my skin looking young. I did my first hydra facial with Naomi because I found a Groupon deal and I wanted to give them a try. She was sweet and extremely talented skin technician. The experience was so relaxing I didn't want it to end. Due to amazing experience I had with Naomi, I ended up doing consultations with Kevin the same day and bought a package for Vivaci radio frequency micro needling, Tiran and Genesis laser. I loved Namomi but I wanted to give Kevin a try because Kevin is Vivaci King according to all the reviews I read on him. He's extremely smart knowledgeable and a very patient person. He goes above and beyond to take care of your skin. Kevin makes me feel like I got a friend who gives me really good skin care advice. You can really tell it's not just a job for him. It's a passion for him. So far I've tried Vivaci and Laser Genesis. I can really see my skin changed even my friends notice it. Kevin worked really hard to get rid of the dark spots from sun damage on my face. I can see 50% of the dark spots are gone with just one treatment. My favorite treatment with him is Vivaci, it leaves my skin tighten and glowing. Overall it's a 5 star experience and I will keep coming back for more even after I used up the package deal I bought.

I knew that you had arranged today’s services with Alex and Greta, yet Leah felt and expressed otherwise. Initially, she stated that my package would cover today’s deep tissue and that I had a “comp facial”. I knew that was wrong and asked for her to explain to me why my package would cover the deep tissue.She then begin to look at the screen.Leah stated, “let me look at your notes before we get into our feelings”. I immediately asked her, “what do you mean by that?” She kept to reviewing the notes. By this time,I had already pulled up your email from April 12th confirming the appointment. Leah continued by stating there was nothing in the notes that showed today’s services were covered by SS. I asked Leah for a piece of paper and her name.I followed up by reading the entire email. She asked, “what is the date on that email?” After listening to me read the email out loud, Leah then stated she will give me the comp for both services. I asked her, “how is it that you didn’t want to honor what I shared before reading the email?” At this time, a line of clients formed behind me. Leah stated, “there was nothing in the notes about the services being covered, yet I have created room to hear your concerns, and went ahead to ensure the services are covered today.”There is absolutely no reason why these type of conflicts with front desk personnel should occur. I stepped to the counter to close out my time today, and again, I am put into a situation where I have to justify myself to people that review my account in a subjective manner.Although Leah kept a monotone and reserved disposition, I perceive her behavior as passive aggressive. There was absolutely no need not to initially consider what I said about today’s services being covered by you.
