katie zuidema: This is not a legitimate verizon store-I would not recommend coming here, seems like they are used to scamming. Came into this store to do a trade-in for a new phone. Was told that we would receive $400 credit towards new phone- lady working here named Tamik then lied to us and tried to rip us off $300 in trade-in credit. She was extremely rude, lied about the transaction, began yelling and calling me stupid when asked about the credit, and refused to give me my phone back. 1 star is generous.

Chiké Abuah: Chastity and her friend misrepresented prices, refused a refund, made me apply for a bogus credit card, and refused to issue a receipt. Please issue a full refund and return my old phone. I would never have come here if I knew I would be scammed and mistreated.

Perla Joe Maalouli: This branch made me cry.I just arrived to NYC, I went to Verizon trying to get a new line and a good monthly commitment.They’ve asked me if I want a physical sim, I insisted “no”, I got home to find that my original sim has been taken off, they’ve thrown away my original Lebanese sim, and I’m 15hours away from home. I haven’t been capable of retrieving my verifications, nor reaching my family, and there no one to hold accountable. Other than that, been paying 87$ to used few gbs monthly, no one advised me, really. I feel scammed, tired, and I just wanna finish with this. Verizon should buy me a ticket home to go retrieve my phone line that they’ve neglected and thrown away!Also! They’ve scammed my friend, took her two olds phones, made her pay for a new one, twice!!!! Twice!!!! With no one to hold accountable!!!! The worst shop, the worst service!!!! And what’s better is that Verizon’s customer service is dullllllll!!!!

Alex Rivera: Typical AT&T store. The only difference that sets this one apart from most is that it's in Times Sq. Not exactly convenient but I understand the pros of a location as such. I've bought Iphones, Galaxies, Air Pods, wireless charges, etc etc from this location and there has never been a problem. The staff has always been great as far as I've noticed and have been treated as such, despite the obvious stress they have to deal with due to all of the unsavory people who congregate in Times Sq. All in all, it's a great location to purchase products, make an appointment to speak more in depth with an associate, or start a new phone plan/jump from a previous carrier. This has always been my go-to AT&T since moving to Hells Kitchen and it will remain so.
