Ms. Sy: I came all the way from the Bronx on a Tuesday at 1pm just to turn around and leave. It’s not a store. I couldn’t see the items in person. when I called the number, I was told I can shop online. I wouldn’t recommend coming here, it was a waste of my time and gas money.
Lady Viking: The products here are top notch, no doubt about it. But this review is for their customer service.I can't say enough about how personal, how prompt, how thorough they are in addressing any issues with ordering or delivery or billing. A man named Scott handled all of my concerns and I never once felt like I was being an inconvenience. I'm unfamiliar with a lot of the types, shapes, and sizes of crystals and they fixed everything when I ordered the wrong ones. This is THE company to buy from. Their reputation is well earned!

Laura Ryan: This is by far the absolute best place to buy rhinestones and trim. The inventory offered is so broad spectrum..from high end 17 faucet chatons, mined in Czechoslovakia, to acrylic stones. Also the stone sizes offered are extremely broad. There is a plethora of color choices to choose from also. Quality, incredible. I have been in business using stones and trim for over 35 years and I must say oh, I am a loyal repetitive customer that highly recommends to look at this company first for any stone or trim purchase. You will not be disappointed with the quality, customer service, as well as the broad range of choices offered. I live in South Florida so I do my shopping online with them. I have been a customer since the Millennia and do not even consider going anywhere else at this point. If you look to Amazon or Ebay, I hate to say you are spending a lot of money for a lot less quality and quantity. This place is so far above the bar it can't be touched! Ask for Sean in customer service and your order will be right every time, LOL. Highly recommend both merchandise and vendor. Next to real diamonds, you will not believe the quality. Also the prices are amazing for the quality of the merchandise.

The Sunshine is Grae: From the short amount of time I was there, it had a great variety of products. I ended up buying things that weren't on my mind simply because I saw that they had what I actually needed in life haha.
Debbie White: This was my first visit and it was overwhelming. The older workers were far more helpful than the younger ones. As u find items u want, you put them in small plastic bags. The workers write the price on it. It was an array of so many trims, I can't imagine there's anything missing.

This one One: This store is not a good place to buy items from the don’t restock there items and need you to place a mini order to order items that’s out of stock and they are over priced items. You can find cheaper items around this area.

Zimzim Bankole: They also don’t have structure to their products, but loose sections that aren’t organized. The store hours aren’t even reliable! It’s not consistent and the employees moods aren’t either. They take 2x long as Pacific to cut zippers, which is the only thing they have a good selection of. But not enough for me to ever go back there. Stick to Pacific Trimming.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful, especially if you're trying to figure out a design for a fabric you fell in love with. It is pretty expensive but for the quality of the fabric you are buying, you won't regret it. I have only ordered online and corresponded thru phone and email but I have heard the actual store is amazing.

This is a business which should support creativity, enthusiasm and customer relations, all of which I did not experience at this store. So, if you're looking for really beautiful fabrics and do not care about the shopping experience, this is still one of the best stores in the city, otherwise, look elsewhere.*editI just took a closer look at the fabric I purchased and it’s covered in black stripes of some sort of residue.
K S: Ordered a sample for $10. Owner said fabric was not sample-able because it had a large pattern. Refused to refund me the $10. Wonder how many people she's done this to?Response to owner: Well, it did happen. I called asking for a refund and the lady on the phone said that you don't refund such a small amount. I asked her to at least send me a sample of something else, which she didn't do. I'm not about to go searching for my order number after all this time. If you had wanted to resolve the matter, a refund would have been issued when I called the store.
