ana chabria: Make sure you know how to roller skate, there are NO REFUNDS!Upon arrival I asked if we could try the roller skates on as my children have never roller skated, the manager said we will have to pay and if they cannot skate she will give me a refund.We went in and my daughters rollerskate laces were knotted up the staff was helping and then she got the skates on. Both my kids could not rollerskate. We did NOT go out on the ring they tried to skate at the bench in the backroom and could not do it. The skates are heavier than normal.We took the skates off and returned it and I asked for a refund as the trial was 20 minutes. The manager than changed her mind and said NO. I asked her to please give me the refund as it was $80 and she said "No we were back there for 20 minutes. I told her about the skate laces etc and said no refund".Very disappointing and unaccomodating.

Nicole Levine: Rink is very small, slippery, and over priced. Skate hosts don’t skate or teach people how to skate. All they do is talk amongst themselves to the point if there were any serious injuries it would take them forever to notice. Management is rude.

Kijhé Combs: , this one doesn’t even begin to compare. To be so expensive, the rink is outdoors and is pretty small. The music selection was decent. It was a mix between R&B, 2010s Hip Hop and Pop. Lockers are also free, so that’s a plus. To me, it’s not worth the ticket price though.

It rained while we were there and they didn’t take anyone off for awhile. Kids were sliding all over the place. There are a lot of better way to spend $100 in midtown Manhattan

PhotoMedia Diaries: SKATEROBICS Online classes are AMAZING. I take both of their online classes and in-person classes. BOTH are beneficial in different ways for me. Online classes allow me to focus ONLY on the instructor in my own controlled environment. I don't have anyone in my periphery to distract me. The instructors online are watching everyone and will specifically show you the steps over and over to ensure that you are safely executing the movements as well as give levels based on your ability. ONLINE I'm hyper focused on every detail of the instructional movements and get to practice in the same space that the lesson was given. I remember more of the details and can continue with movements even after the class ends. I can go on vacation and still take my classes. This is a WIN / WIN for me.Online class warmups continue where we left off from the prior week however we are constantly learning new steps and methods/ techniques to aide in smooth and safe transitions. OH and the VIBE is always great. I'm looking forward to classes each week. SKATEROBICS is my heart and soul - I have taken other online instruction but this is much more fun and feels more warm. SKATEROBICS care about safety and technique. I feel the personal attention given and love everything about it! All you need is good internet / cell service for your Zoom Class. I'm super grateful for the technology!!!!!

All the instructors are very helpful and go out their way to help you. Would definitely recommend Skaterobics to everyone I know who wants to learn to skate or just enhance the skills they already know!!

Dlilah Luv: Excited for the kiddies to go to their first ice skating, got there around 2pm. There was not much of a wait for the ticket booth, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't any penguins left to rent for the kiddies to maintain their balance. The rental skates are not in the best shape so if you have your own definitely bring them. Overall the place is clean but there are some spots that could use some repair.
