American Cut: what do users think?

Dr. Anandroy Sepuri: This is a very corporate restaurant. The ambience is dim & Grimm but fits the clientele that dine there. We ordered Mac & Cheese, Medium temp Filet-E-Mignon topped off with bone marrow, & a Tomahawk steak. Everything was cooked to order and we were satisfied. The waiters paid good attention not just to us, but to others as well. I'm happy we went there.Parking: Hard to find parking.

jemell rivera: 😘👌🏽

Cindy W: This is my go-to happy hour spot. One of the things I missed the most when I left Citi was the HH old-fashioned at American Cut.Ask Matthew, the bartender, for a table side old-fashioned if you plan to order a few. You will be in for a treat!

Rick Schwartz: was grizzly & tough to chew. When waiter was told of this situation, he promptly asked whether I would like a replacement cut. I said yes. He served a sirloin that was quite nice. Also, the ambience, in terms of it being so loud, was a total distraction where you’re sitting at a table for two, and there’s no possible way of conversation. Finally, bottles of cab starting at $140 for a rather lowly vineyard was excessive. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Andrew Chiarello: Sat at the bar for an early dinner with my girlfriend— first off, there was only one seat— the bartender immediately noticed we needed an extra chair although the bar was completely packed, and ran over to pull over another chair. We sat down for 2 hours and enjoyed the dirty martinis, the shrimp cocktail, the caesar salad, strip steak, and the best sauteed mushrooms we’ve ever had. We got the bill, and realized that it was awfully cheap not realizing it was a happy hour. Overall, my new favorite steakhouse in the Northeast.

Jake Levy: Love American Cut. Great steaks and sides.

Mauri Papadatos: Sad to write this review but times have changed . Staff was ok and some were rude . Food was good but expected more . Worst part is the bathroom was disgusting and while I was leaving I found a huge bug 4 inches in length and 2.5 inch in width upside down still alive on the floor . DISGUSTING. I probably wouldn’t have even wrote this review if staff have treated us better but after an expensive bill here I am …

L'Artusi: what do users think?

Sam R: No reservations but got there right at 4:45 for a 5pm opening and was seated quickly at 5.Food was excellent. The Spaghetti, Cacio Pepe and crispy potatoes were excellent.Great service.

Kimberley Byrd: The food was great, the flavour combinations were things I’ve never experienced and was a really nice memory for our anniversary.Would highly recommend and we will return for sure.

Murat Sisli: Waiting outside at 32 degrees?Italian restaurant? I don't know !White Sicilian wine was good.Baked mushrooms should be on the menu? I don't know !The food is not bad, but not so exaggeratedly delicious!I'm wondering if a real Italian has ever heard of these dishes on the menu?some customers wrote, fine touches 🤔Didn't you ever eat at your mother's house?I think they just made a good touch for marketing !!If you're looking for italian FUSİON ! very small portions and you're welcome at these high prices…..Thank you

Xin: was perfectly al dente but way too salty for my liking

Jihyun Lee: I went around 2 pm on a weekday. Ordered roasted mushrooms, tagliatelle, bucatini nero, and scallops. Indeed, their pasta hits the spot. The noodles were cooked perfectly which I loved. I couldn’t resist to scrape off the plate because their sauce was so delicious. Scallops were very fresh and tangy. They used corn puree as sauce which has good sweetness. Also, hon-shimeji mushrooms and swiss chard go well with the sauce and the scallops. It is must try!! Only thing was it took longer than I expected to have main dishes served. But everything else was lovely and their accommodation is also amazing.

Claudio Ono: L'Artusi was a wonderful surprise on our trip to NYC. The service was amazing. The staff is kind and friendly, they all made us feel at home. As for the food the dishes were superb. The Hangar Steak is ridiculously delicious and their olive oil cake is among one of the best desserts I've ever had in my life. My wife had pasta and she also loved it. Next time visiting NYC we'll definitely go back there.

The Milling Room: what do users think?

paola vaccarella: Clean and very nice environment. Friendly staff and quick service. Good quality food, cooked well and presented appropriately.A note is related to the temperature of the room, too cold. In my opinion, they should have, at some point in the evening, turned up the heat.It is a place to go to spend a pleasant evening eating good food. Adequate pricesTo be recommended

Aimée Louise: I will always love The Milling Room. They have some of my favourite dishes in the whole city! The octopus starter is always amazing- it really is the best octopus I’ve ever tasted. It melts in your mouth tender and never, ever chewy. It’s always a must whenever I go.Their chicken is always well done, especially when it’s served with mushrooms. The two complement each other so well.Another particular favourite is their fish. I like to go for their cod when it’s on the menu as they get the skin so perfectly seasoned and crispy. The ambiance is a dream with low and dramatic lighting. High ceilings. It’s in an old mill- you can get the picture. Seriously one of the most atmospheric restaurants I’ve been to in the city!I’ll be back soon.

Lisa Warren: Will be coming back had a great dinnerFood: 5/5 …

Kyrylo Nikitenko: One of the best lattes I've had in NYC, surprisingly.

Naye Blackz: What can i say.... everything this was sooo good.... tuna tartare.... mushroom tart... risotto soo good.... i had the duck breast which was so flavorful.... my friend had the bass which was amazing desserts were good... absolutely no complaints and will definitely will back

sherwin chang: Recommended dishes Grilled Octopus, Braised Short Rib Hash, Squid Ink Linguine

Aline Ajami: Very nice dinner in a nice atmosphere. A bit loud

The Capital Grille: what do users think?

Abbas Hashmi: Kid-friendliness: Amazing treatment of my daughter and me. Thank you 🙏

Skylar Herd: The Capital Grille was nothing short of amazing! From the first interaction to the last, my husband and I were pleased with our experience. He picked a great restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Foods, drinks and service were outstanding! We were seated in a small dining room and our table was set nicely. Although the restaurant was quite busy, it felt so intimate. Heron G. literally put the icing on the cake with his dessert gesture and overall great service the entire evening.

osman ansari: You always know what you’re going to get. Consistent no matter the location or the state.Burgers are a hidden gem here as most everyone opts for the steak.Recommended dishes Creamed Spinach, Bread Basket, The Grille’S Signature Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions …

Le Bernardin: what do users think?

Sunnynis2: Was very much looking forward but sadly disappointed. Food is very similar with some dishes exactly the same as his restaurant Blu in the Cayman Islands. Our table of four did the tasting menu and some dishes we didn’t finish. Wine pairings were young and not good to the point that my husband asked them to stop pouring. Bathrooms were dirty and garbage bins over flowing. Restaurant looked a bit worn out.Sorry won’t be back

Victoria Nguyen: I was able to snag a 5:30pm dinner reservation. Even as I write this review, I still think about just how great the food was.First off, they do emphasize a dress code. Jackets are not required; however, the don’t allow athletic wear or short sleeves. It was mentioned 3 times in my confirmation text haha.We chose the prix fixe course which came with 4 courses for $198 per person. It ended up being more than 4 courses, but I think the little amuse bouches and dessert things didn’t count. There’s a bread basket that circulates often. Very often. They asked us if we wanted bread throughout the entire meal which I really appreciated. They don’t skimp on this part haha. The focaccia was so delish! The first thing we were served was a 3 piece amuse bouche. I can’t remember exactly what all 3 were, but the last item that had the potato foam with crab and lobster, one of my favorite items of the night. It was SO FLAVORFUL. It was like an smooth airy mashed potatoes with lobster. I could eat an entire bowl of that. For my prix fixe, I ordered the Oysters, Lobster, Filet Mignon, and Carrot Cake. The oysters were great and fresh. It came with a delicious mignonette. The lobster. Oh wow the lobster. It came in a Thai Lemongrass Curry Bouillon. My favorite dish of the night. The bouillon was soooo flavorful. I loved it. The filet mignon was cooked so perfectly. It was so tender that I could cut it with my fork. It came with some sort of mushroom mixture wrapped in swiss chard. SOO GOOD!I was able to taste some other dishes that my brother and sister ordered off the prix fixe menu. We kind of swapped halfway thru just so we could taste it. I’m sure that wasn’t great etiquette in this type of restaurant, but oh well haha. After the dessert course came, there was one more dish which was a trio of tiny one bite desserts. I was sooo stuffed by then that I could barely finish it.I did add that we were celebrating a birthday on my reservation, so they were so kind enough to bring an additional dessert with a candle in it for my sister. All in all, Le Bernadin exceeded my expectations. The service was so friendly and did not make me feel like I was out of place. The food was just so very good. I would definitely come back and dine again.

Maria Roberts: I had an Incredibly special birthday lunch here and it was nothing short of spectacular. The service is of course as to be expected for 2 ⭐️ Michelin restaurant. The team was very attentive and help helpful with menu suggestions. We had the prix fixe lunch menu and enjoyed several different fish dishes between the two of us. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

B P (BDPine): This was end of birthday dining tour in March. Had just eaten at two Michelin one star restaurants each day prior. One in DC, one in NY. Each far superior, even if more casual. We were seated with very nice view of dining room, so we could easily see how we had been forgotten as others seated later progressed past us in long tasting menu. Some dishes were very good , some average, and some below.I initially posted more detail, but interestingly that post seems gone. Power has its privileges.Have had so many better meals since, hard to remember details. That's how much not worth $1,200 plus for dinner and wine for two this is.

Jason L. (WatchYourSix): We always wanted to eat at a Michelin starred restaurant. Go big or go home, so we went right for a 3-star. Ranked in the top 50 in the entire world. That’s pretty impressive. The menu is prix fixe and as we were there for lunch we ate off their lunch prix fixe menu. That included two dishes and a dessert, which was a little unclear on the website. The host or maitre d were pleasant enough. Our wait staff seemed a bit annoyed, which was disappointing. The winner was our sommelier. Their wine menu is VERY overwhelming, but beautifully constructed. He learned what wine we typically enjoy and based on our menu selection recommended a unique and interesting wine we could normally not get in our neck of the woods. Our first course, my wife had the sautéed shrimp and I had the shellfish medley. Both dishes were beautifully plated. My wife’s shrimp were the best prepared shrimp we’ve ever had. Unfortunately my shellfish medley was not that enjoyable. There were elements of it that were nice like the smoked pork dashi broth. However, there was a fishiness to it that prevented the dish from feeling completed. Our main course, my wife had the salmon in a gazpacho consommé. Boom!!! This dish was the winner of our meal. Light, fresh, summery dish that just came together with every bite. I am not a fan of salmon, but this was so meticulously done to perfection. Wow! I ordered the striped bass with stuffed zucchini flowers. I am a sucker for stuffed zucchini flowers and this dish did not disappoint. What looked liked the flower stems were a purée of some kind that really balanced the dish out nicely between the strong mushrooms and the mild fish.Dessert was a superb. My wife opted for the carrot cupcake and I ordered the honey dessert. Yozer wozer!! Beautiful on both counts, but even more impressively delicious. At the end it was a pleasure to meet chef Eric Ripert. He is truly a legend in the kitchen. His restaurant is nothing short of a gastronomical art gallery.

Rob Pecha: We recently visited this sister location to two restaurants we already fell in love with - The Mary Lane and The Little Owl. As expected, this did not disappoint us!! The flavors across our table and the service we received were top notch. Special thanks and appreciation to manager Ben M., and our servers Jeremy A., Luke L. and Jairo. It was an evening of fine dining and outstanding ambience to boot! Highly recommended. Needless to say, we will definitely be back!
