Edy Cespedes: horrible experience so far at this hospital... been waiting in the ER going on 6 hours now... no doctor in sight... should've gone to nearby NYU Langone in cobble hill instead... a thousand times better....
Michelle A.: I used to work here two years ago. The hospital’s great and everything. I loved working in my unit and all. I visited two weeks ago, and I observed that volunteer supervisors often mistreat their volunteers. When I was upstairs, Wendy— the supervisor, randomly observed and critiqued a volunteer for sitting around. She told her to be helpful and do something instead of sitting even though there was clearly nothing to do. I then asked the other volunteers who were also there later in the day, and they said she did the same thing to them too not even once but a couple of times. As a mom and a healthcare worker, I am deeply saddened by this. They are ONLY volunteers, they DO NOT work at the hospital. Not only because they are volunteers doesn’t mean that they have to be treated unfairly. The supervisors are no better than these volunteers. Everyone should be treated with respect regardless of age. Wendy and her colleagues should do so much better in handling people. They do not deserve to get paid if they treat volunteers disrespectfully. Let them take a break, and have some compassion towards these kids!

Gran experiencia. Muy recomendable.
Denise Robinson: What an awesome, fantastic, care given, nice, amazing, loving hospital. The staffs, doctors, nurses them all is phenomenal. I wouldn’t want it, nor have it any way then for Presbyterian hospital at 170 William st to care for me, and treat me at anytime. Thank You to Dr Gonya and his whole team 🙏🏾

Adonai Victor: I paid to leave this hospital. Chairs are all over the place, furniture is old and dirty. Staff is friendly but ER is severely understaffed. Who ever is in charge isn’t doing their best to demonstrate it. Expect long wait time, please stay away from here.
Dezchell Rodriguez: Had a wonderful check in experience as well as experience with the triage nurse. Was having a decent experience with the doctor who was caring for him,Nina Hu, MD until I told her I would like for my son to be able to stay for some time after taking the medication that was prescribed to him to ensure he experienced some relief before leaving and she got loud and stormed off. My son has been sick for three weeks and seeing multiple different doctors who have all prescribed a different course of action. I told her I came to a children’s hospital for targeted support and relief for him before he is to be discharged and that made her visibly rude and disrespectful. She turned her back on myself and my son and raised her voice. Ashley Blanchard, MD also came over to speak to us and was not very helpful just told us we had to let this process take it’s course of action even though my son is visibly suffering in her face. Basically asked me what were my expectations from the ER. They then moved us to a room where they said patient services would come and speak to us and no one came. I hurt for my son who has left his third ER visit without any real results.I will never come back here. This was a big mistake.
