    Julia Lord: Awesome yoga place, love it!

    Theadora Hadzi: Maybe if they spent more time training their teachers than trying to get you to sign up for a package, they’d have a larger community and a better budget to better their space. It’s a standard practice for a studio to ASK PERMISSION at the BEGINNING of class, rather than harshly grabbing people unexpectedly for readjustments. Also, I’m sorry, but the inspirational mantra spoken at the beginning at class should maybe pertain to everyone else, rather than that specific teachers promotion. Also, half of the instructors are flat out RUDE.

    Ann Feletto: Amazing! Morgan A. taught a great class. The studio has a great view of Bryant Park too. If you want to have fun and sweat it out I’d highly recommend!

I have been coming to Corepower for about 3 months now and I love her teaching so much I even have a filter in my Corepower app just to find her classes!Shivani's class is a wonderful combination of smooth flows and strong drills that pushes me to deepen my practice.     If unable to attend a class, please cancel all pre-booked in-studio classes by 5pm the day prior to the class by calling us at 646.964.4583.

    If you fail to cancel a reservation by 5pm, the class will be "late canceled" meaning 1 class will be removed from the pre-purchased walk-in or class package.

    All students (the new and returning) must sign the updated liability waiver to practice in-studio. Please help us out by doing this in advance here!

    Respect your fellow students and please stay through the end of class. Once class ends, please be mindful.

    At the end of class, please hang rental mats, put towels in the hampers and leave any props on the floor. in front of the mats so that they can be properly disinfected.

    Please be kind and considerate to your fellow students — say hello — make room for each other. This is what we are all about!

    Samantha LaForgia: If you are seeking a heated vinyasa yoga studio, and some, this is THE place for you. Bethany leads a great team here and the studio is stunning. It serves a great group, a great location, and you really get that heated, yoga, meditative experience. TRY IT OUT! It is something I wish I lived closer to, but for now, I visit when I can!

    Katya Guseva: Wow, what a beautiful place this is. A true oasis in the midst of NY chaos. Stunning space in a gorgeous building, with so much love and attention to details, everything here oozes beauty, comfort and peace. I’ve taken just a few of classes with Alex since discovering the space and they were great. Appropriate for seasoned Ashtangis, but also great for new students, because Alex explained everything very clearly before and after the class. I just love love love practicing here, it feels like home, but elevated on so many levels. The scent, the wooden floors, the color coded yoga mats, the fireplace, the outdoor garden and shower, even the bell at the end of class sounds so beautiful. I can go on about this place forever, but it won’t be a secret for long. Once you step in, you’ll be back for the experience over and over again. So happy New Vibe exists. ❤️

    Philip Errico: I can't say enough about the beauty of New Vibe's multi-floor studios and the integrity of Ashtanga taught here. I started with little to no knowledge of Ashtanga and I felt very welcome upon my first few classes. I have been consistently coming back because the studio is a very beautiful, warm and a centering location to come to, with flexible times for classes that I can take throughout during the week. Alex, the owner puts a lot of effort in to maintaining the studios as well as providing very wholesome and fulfilling classes for all levels.

Yoga therapy combines application of yogic tools like postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.Sakina and Laura are both professionally trained in yoga therapy.I had my first session with Sakina and I can’t say enough good things about it!Also the studio smells amazing and is super clean!

    Le Masseuse: I practiced at this studio for at least 5 years before the pandemic and I used to love it there. Came back for a visit and made the mistake of taking Lindsay's class. Holy H*ll did she have the heat up high. I have practiced Bikram all over the country for a very very long time and I am also one of those people who used to park myself in the 'hot spot' in the room... So for someone like me who is a heat junky to say the class was hot enough to roast a chicken... you know it was really bad. I have a sauna at home and the room felt hotter than my sauna.1/2 the class left the room and I almost did too. I should have . I honestly felt it was disrespectful to all of our practices and time to have the heat going at sauna levels. Sad that they redid everything and hired teachers that would do something like this.

    Daniel O'Reilly: I've been attending class at Sonic 3-4 times per week for about 6 months now. The staff is supportive and uplifting. The community is palpable. I highly recommend this studio.

The thing I loved about the studio was how non judgemental it was and it helped my anxiety as I suffer from severe social anxiety, sometimes going to a class is hard for me. I could really focus down on my practise, I felt like I moved and stretched out. I will definitely be doing a membership and coming back daily.

    Jessica Linden: Class/instructors are great; however, I have to say that the studio/bathrooms are not well maintained/cleaned. Bathrooms are usually pretty dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in hours.

    Smith Connor: After giving up on this studio, I went up the street to Katonah yoga. Here is what I found...A front desk worker working while classes were going on, someone to answer the phone after 5 p.m., and no music in the classes.For what its worth I will say that Dhyana was a very nice person. But that really doesn't help when you are locked out of a building.
