Although there are number of online stores who sale ready made pieces for more or less but like any quality, handmade merchandise wether, furniture, car, or jewelry, there is so much work and details goes in to it that as outsider you will not begin to see unless you experience it and handmade are far different than mass products.When I met William and Arthur, their professionalism, honesty, and being informative was truly impressive. Their approach was not to sell or price but first and foremost to understand the need and taking a little time to come up with an idea that is original, masterpiece and exceed the expectation. Basically create an idea and bring it to life. Well, they exceeded my expectation on every level. In fact, their honesty and devotion is such that unless they are not totally happy with piece then they will not deliver it, even though, as consumer you will not know the difference but their idea is nothing short of perfection and even if it means they have to remake the piece, which they did and that is something you can’t put price on it.As far as quality, design, all I can say is wow. Beyond every expectation and last but not least the price, when you take in to consideration the amount of time they spend from design concept, to cast,etc. their prices is beyond reasonable and in fact, for such pieces all you need to do is go outside and be assured you end up paying much more for less services and quality.What is amazing is that they do everything within their establishment and from design to finding stones, they are unbelievable and much less expensive for the quality you get.Last but not least, as far as their entire team and their kindness, well let the fact and your own experience tell you, which is nothing short of lifetime friendship.

His work always exceeded my expectations ! Regardless if I provide a picture , layout or measurements with a sketch it always comes out better than I hoped for. Also importantly its done on time. Julian Robison: Firstly, the customer service I received was very unhelpful. The representative had issues opening my OBJ file and said they needed an STL. OBJ is a very standard file for 3D printing. So I convert to STL and send it over. The representative simply replies “it doesn’t work.” No suggestions on how to fix it, no insights into what the issue could be. After they figure out how to open my file, they tell me my design has issues and it will be $700 for them to correct the file. One such issue was that the ring shank is thick……which I was aware of…..because I designed it that way. Additionally, they told me that for pieces in brass there is a 70 pc minimum order. Never mind the fact that I had asked for gold plated bronze, but the FAQ on their website says there is no minimum order. I was told by the representative that only gold and platinum pieces have no minimum order. This is not communicated clearly on their website. The lackluster customer service, lack of solutions, dishonest language on their website, and price gouging are the reasons for my rating.
