Great selection but customer service can use some improvements. Paid for shopping bag for 3 items. Cashier places the two smallest in the bag and says the larger item wouldn't fit. She then walked away without offering me a receipt to help another two associates determine whether a fish someobe else purchased was male or female. Meanwhile, all of the items easily fit in the shopping bag which I packed myself.
Exceptionally rude and unhelpful phone etiquette at their store when addressing inquiries. Had an issue with rescheduling the start date of my puppies training classes, and have had to call three separate times to no avail. If I didn't have to call them so many times you can guarantee they would have ripped me off for the $250 I paid, and nobody would have noticed or cared.
Are you looking for a groomer who does the job in Turtle Bay Petco NY? Diana is the one! We’ve been a longtime returning customer with her for years, had no issue with my dog’s bath or grooming. She just does the job every single time no matter what, and today my dog just received a special gift from her, what a surprise! I’m telling you she does the job with care and professional, period.
3 stars because you can't get a sales associate to assist you in the dog depart as there never is one.

Luis Arroyo: to try not to get you to buy inventory boost prices so they can sell part out for more, or staff call personal dibs. Improper pet housing. Inadequate lighting, and some species that should be housed alone will have 3 or more in enclosure like leopards and gargoyles geckos. Bare minimum needs are met. If that I won’t get started on the fish ! But the bettas suffering. Ide shop around first I’ve given them almost a year of business with my first couple transactions Being several hundred, hoping the next week would be better experience then I the last, hoping they see the value in the returning customer, but each time I’m proven they can careless of my business with they way the conversations go. So this is the last week I’ll return. The convinces of working two train stops away was the main drive to further business but honestly it’s worth my time to go out my way from now on.

Rachel: Zoomies donated the most adorable sloth dog toy, blanket & treats to the 75 Morton Auction and I was the lucky winner! Sending to my cousin in SF. He is the hardest person on the planet to get gifts for and only accepts gifts for his dog. He will love this. Thank you Zoomies for supporting public education along with neighborhood pups!
Peggy Zhu: Zoomies have lots of fun toys and holiday themed toys. But their attitude is a bit hypocritical and unfriendly. As a pet store, the owner can't really say that she really likes kittens and puppies. As we were leaving her store, my friend asked me if you didn't think the owner of this store had a weird attitude. I said I felt it. The whole person is very busy walking around, very mindful of our dog peeing outside the door and getting water to wash. When a dog marks here, it proves that many dogs have left their scent here.
