Latisha G: This new location has put an emphasis on pet and pet owner experience. The minute you walk into the store you’re wowed.You have an all around experience for you and your pet. Having a Vetco clinic in store as well as the needs for your pet is a great experience. You do not have to go from one location to the next to find the proper care, grooming services, food or dog accessories etc. There are more food brand options that the old location did not have before. Brands that you would find in your local pet store.The location is very inviting, the way it was designed is very nice.
Xingyu Tao: Overall good location for pet necessities. Although there’s distinctively more dog supplies versus car supplies so just be aware that some popular cat supplies may be out of stock.

Insisted on me providing ID to pick up my prepaid dogfood order, I’m infuriated, Quit wasting my time. Won’t be back. Recommend that you fire all senior store management.

Tujuana Worthen: I visited this Petco yesterday to purchase some food for my furry daughter. Its an upscaled pet store with beautiful decor. I was very impressed upon entering. However the prices are higher than other Petos which doesn't work for me in these times of inflation. I was suprised to learn that the the refrigerator food items weren't stacked. There were very little food items inside. So most likely I will not be returning to purchase anything at this store instead only to explore its beauty.

Meymel S.: 7/20/23- I had a horrible experience with Jen V. She was about 15 minutes late; I had no idea she had 3 other dogs booked in the same hr. as my dog. I waited 5 1/2 hrs. to pick up my dog. When it usually takes 3 to 4 hrs. for the grooming. My dog was matted, but it wasn't that bad. In the past the other girls did great with dematting with no problem and were able to cut it the way I wanted. Still fluffy with a good amount of hair. Jen V is poorly trained and shaved my dog to a cut I did not want, to close to the skin, I guess because she's not good at dematting. When I picked up my dog, his ears was not shaped nicely or combed and his face was uneven. I'm not going back to Petsmart 23rd Flatiron location. I've also had issues with their customer service in grooming. They can at times be unorganized and you have to submit your vaccinated records multiple times because they don't save the updates. I had to cancel and reschedule many times because of this. I'm disappointed and my dog was traumatized this last visit by Jen V. Beware of who you choose for your pet grooming services. I've had good experiences with with Eloise, Kristina H. ,Damiska and Bri B. They have been so helpful and great with my Dog.
