I worked with Steve through a progressive training program to help get me back to shape. He knew exactly what to do to strengthen the right muscles and get my flexibility back. Now I golf and run with no pain! I still meet with Steve to focus on areas of growth. Now I'm even better than I was before and recently completed the NYC marathon! I couldnt have done that without Steve and highly recommend to anybody bc he knows his stuff. Thanks Steve!

Nora A: I started training with Giacomo a few years ago and recently started training with him again. If you listen to him you will see results. He pushes you when you need it. If you have an injury he knows how to work around it so you still get a good work out. He has a lot of flexibility in his schedule. Always professional and will check in with you to make sure you are ready for your upcoming session. Giacomo is one of those trainers that will give you 100% of his attention. He is never on the phone texting when you are with him. His focus is you. He keeps great track of all your progress that you made since starting with him. I have never trained with Guy or Reggie but have met them. I can tell they are just as amazing as Giacomo and you wont regret training with them.

In my opinion, the ideal atmosphere in which to reach your fitness goals whatever they might be.For me personally, my goal was to lose weight and get strong, and in the 14 months that I've been training with Harry and his team, I have lost 70 pounds.Sure its got a great sounds system, and Harry brings in new equipment regularly, and its got floor to ceiling 30 foot windows letting tons of natural light in, but there is just something special about Hanson Fitness that you have to experience for yourself to truly understand.

I have trained at other well known gyms in the city and was never pushed to my full potential like I have been at Hansons. Even though Hansons is a well known gym in Soho, they treat everyone like family. It's not pretentious and they cultivate such a professional environment where I always go in feeling comfortable and motivated. Eugene has been such an amazing motivator and pushed/challenged me to ensure I am getting the most out of my work out. M K: I have been working out at Hanson Fitness for almost ten years. Harry and his team have always run the best personal training gym in NYC. They care about their clients and will work closely with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.They have also done a great job reopening after covid-19 required all gyms in NYC to close. The space is spotless, all of the equipment is cleaned before and after every use, everyone wears masks, and it is easy to social distance while working out.Harry also offers web-based personal training for people who want to work out from home. I did that for four months while gyms were closed in NYC and it was great.This week I retuned to the gym. Working out at home just doesn't compare with with one-on-one personal training at the gym with a professional trainer who can see your performance and help you achieve your goals.With Hanson Fitness you have both options: train at home with a personal trainer by video conference, or go to a clean, well maintained gym for an even more personal experience.In either case, Harry and his excellent team will take great care of you.

Brittany Vernola: Working with GYMGUYZ has been a positive experience. I found a trainer who gave me interesting workouts and I saw results fast with a 2x per week schedule. As a runner, I tend not to enjoy strength training. GYMGUYZ played a huge role in helping me get prepared to run my first marathon. I finished 3rd in my age group: most importantly, without injury. For anyone considering GYMGUYZ, my advice is DO IT and in the warm weather have them meet you in the park for your workout. It’s a game changer!
